Ordered 3 puzzles March 24, 2021. Still have not recieved my order.
I ordered two puzzles Mar. 16 and my credit card charge posted 3/17. A week later I saw a report about scam websites and decided to go back to the website and it was gone! Everything I found lead me to believe that I was scammed. I called the 800 number on my credit card statement to be told that the website would be back up soon, don't recall reason why it wasn't up. I even asked if this was legit, of course they said yes. After more research, I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. They asked why and I explained what I had found. They credited my account and said that they might reverse after their research into the company. Guess what, today 3/15 I received my puzzles. I want to echo another comment about the size. I'm guessing the puzzle will be small as the pieces are VERY small. I'm not even sure I will even be able to put it together, maybe with tweezers for the tiny pieces.
Not sure where my original post went, but bottom line was charged 7x for 3 single puzzles going to 3 separate addresses. And then also for the $30 'Membership fee' which I opted out of. One puzzle arrived 7x9", not 18x24" as shown on their now vanished website. Thru research found they use 6 different company names (but all have same phone#). Emails and calls went no where to escalate so opened dispute with credit card company. They have credited me back all but 1 so far. Worth a call people!

I ordered 3 puzzle to be sent to different relatives staying in due to pandemic. According to email confirmation, parent company TREE ROPES would be listed on statement for $19.99ea.
I was charged 7 times for 3 puzzles... and not by TREE ROPES or LOGICAL BOARD ARTISTRY but W MART OUTLET and BOUTIQUE RETAIL HOUSE. One puzzle has shown up and was not 18x24" as specified on their webpage but 7x9" total size 😀 Such a scam!
Calling the CS# I rec'd HELLO ZEUS TEAM or ALJB HOLDINGS (all same phone#) who tried to help, but were unable to escalate issue to anyone that would return my call or email.
Opened dispute w/ credit card company and so far they have credited nearly everything back to me. Worth a call people!
I ordered 3 puzzles on March 14th and received them on April 10th. Haven't tried putting them together. Puzzles did Not come in the nice wood box as shown but in small plastic boxes with a tiny photo on the front. I think I should have ordered from Amazon.
So I'm going against the grain here. I still say to take this company with a grain of salt, as too many others have had negative experiences, but I'm actually good with mine. I ordered one puzzle, the dragon one, got it about 3 weeks after I ordered it, well within the 2 to 6 week period they give, no pieces were missing, and nothing was broken. One qualm I have is the size, and that's not a big deal, but they advertised a much bigger puzzle over the game ad I saw, and mine came in around 8 inches long. Another issue is that you can tell they just print the image on, much like other puzzle companies, but it wasn't exactly centered (which actually helped me with doing the thing!), not so much that it was horrendous, but you could tell, which tells me that maybe the art is stolen. The last problem I have is that, even when the puzzle is fully put together, the pieces will not stay in place if you try to move it. With traditional puzzles, the pieces are locked, but since this one is shaped differently, the pieces will not stay together when you attempt to move them. Air on the side of caution! Compared to other stories I've read, I was a lucky one!
I ordered mine on March 12th and received the puzzles April 9th. Be patient if you can. It does say it takes 2-6 weeks for shipping. I was told that they don't collect the money until the package ships. So supposedly if your money is gone the shipment is in route. It would be so much better if they just sent out tracking information.
I ordered mine on the 8th March 2021 and got them around 3-4 weeks later, they are a great idea, however... there was no mention of actual size and from the images, with hands holding pieces I assumed that they were a decent size, I was wrong! they were A5 and the pieces are absolutely tiny. They came in small plastic boxes with a label on the front showing that there are a variety of sizes to choose from A3, A4, and A5 but that was not an option when I made my purchase now I cant do anything about it... pitty
I ordered on March 12th. Received a order confirmation the next day. Never received a tracking email. I called the phone number on my credit card statement 800.517.8139, today, April 12th. They gave me an email address to write to, to request tracking information. I received the following in less than 5 minutes.

Received my puzzle today and it’s nothing like advertised. Looks like it is a large puzzle with a picture to show you what it looks like to help. The box in the picture is wood with a sliding top. The plastic box it came in is 3 inches x 3 inches. The pieces are smaller than the size of a quarter. Total ripoff. I suppose I should be happy I received something
I feel so dumb what a scam ! They made lots of money off us fools ! I’ll stick to Amazon. Ughh I can’t believe this . Karma !!
I wrote a comment earlier when I could not reach the company. Although smaller than expected, I did receive my order 30 days after purchasing. The CNE tracking number never updated so I got worried I was scammed, but I did in fact receive the puzzles I ordered. Just be aware that they are smaller and a bit duller than in the ads.
it's a scam, got the puzzles, but what's in the box doesn't match the image and doesn't fit together. surface area of pieces may give something that's hand sized, at best, IF it could fit together.
I ordered Mar 21 have heard nothing when to check my order and the web site is not found. I have 49 dollars USD into it I have given up on ordering anything off line

I ordered on 3/22/21 I got order confirmation email but when I click view order details or try to get back into the site to ask for refund , I can not . I lost over $100 and I would be very surprised if I get any puzzles in the mail . It said in email order shipment could take up to two weeks so there is still some hope ! I would order these puzzles on Amazon instead , I feel so stupid for placing that order with them .

This is a a scam, beware!
I am going to leave bad reviews also and wish I would have found this site prior to ordering. The order is taking over 3 weeks to receive. I requested a refund and to cancel the order, they indicated I could only cancel the order 12 hours after it was placed. I asked how I would have known in 12 hours that the order would not ship (from overseas) for 3 weeks and they are avoiding answering that question. They also will not provide me a delivery date for my order, just that is it in the process of being shipped and I will receive it shortly. Very bad company and I do not recommend.

Ordered 3/15/21 got my conf email and order number it let me track"my order" the days it never showed shipped just pre-shipment. Now if I click the link in the email it sends me to a shopify.com create your own domain site. Lost $89. So beyond upset. Will be filing a fraud alert on my bank account.

I got CNE number to track my package as soon as I put in an order. They charged immediately and sent the confirmation. It’s almost a month later and the CNE package has not moved at all! I wish I saw this site before ordering. I lost over $100 as these were supposed to be small gifts for family. I also noticed that the link they gave me for their site: logicalboardartistry .com, does state that they have an address in CA, but no other information. I first saw this as an add on Facebook and now I’m angry that FB would even advertise these scams with no oversight.
I bought their owl puzzle and it is terrible. Very cheaply made, only about the size of my hand, and came in a flimsy plastic box. At least I did receive it though.
Placed order 3/13/21, no email so no order #. Several different times posted on Instagram, 2 different times yesterday. Lost over $100. CANT contact them. What a scam. Found them on Twitter last nite under @unidragon name, left 2 bad tweets.

I ordered around the same time you did too. I wanted to track my order and see where it is and the website provided sent me to a buying website store domain! This is totally a scam. Instagram and Twitter should do a better job of scams advertising on their websites!
They took my money but never shipped me the product...I'm disputing the charges. This company is crap- now I can't even find them on line!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would call Logical Board Artistry a major scam. I sure would love to get my money back from two separate orders - one for $98.+ and one for $64.95. We have received NONE of the product and they do not respond to their own "forms." Of course, they have charged the credit card both times. Is there anything I can do? It id theft, and certainly illegal. Our credit cards are secure. Who can I report this to?
Well, I just bought some puzzles from the site yesterday and then stumbled across these articles about said site. Honestly, I'm at a loss because the site is down and I have no idea what to do. I guess I just wasted $50 because my dumb butt wanted to buy puzzles as birthday gifts.
