These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. I have received the worst customer service from this company and do not recommend them to anyone! I ordered three dresses online, when they arrived I had been sent an incorrect order as one of the items was completely different to what I ordered and in a different size. When I emailed the customer service email to try and notify them of the mistake (there is no phone number to call which is very frustrating) they were very reluctant to release a return address, offering credit instead. After several emails involving me having to chase and demand they recify this and give me a refund for my incorrect items they finally gave me a return address. I had to send the order back at my own expense, paying extra for tracking, over two months later and I still haven't received my money back. I haven't even mentioned the fact that what did arrive was awful quality and nothing like the online photos. Avoid this terrible company and do the right thing by giving me back my money!
