Definitely a scam. The product I ordered did not look like the one I received. After 42 days I received a sweatshirt that was a child size, worst material, the tags had been torn out and the print on the front wasn’t even close. Please research before you order. Nothing like disappointing merchandise that you can’t return.
I wish I had read about this scamming company before ordering gifts for Christmas. Do not order from them. All the negative comments are right on. I have learned a big lesson- research before ordering!

They showed up after 4 weeks smashed into plastic envelopes. Not one thing was made of the material it was supposed to be made from and I'm pretty sure they are fire hazards. They are the worst made items. They will not allow you to return anything even after sending pictures of the uneven seams and unfinished edges. One shirt had been sewn with the seams on the outside. They will say their quality department said it's fine and the item I received is what I ordered. It costs too much to send back and they can't resell them. Of course they end with these are the most popular items. I sent numerous emails and the responses from them would be laughable if I weren't so upset by the garbage I received.

I ordered a top and shoes a month ago for Halloween and haven’t received it. Tracking it is useless - Status Unknown is all I see. I’ve emailed 3 times and each time they say track it. So, I’m assuming I’ve been scammed. I should have known better.

I ordered a t shirt from this company before i read the reviews. I thought i'd been scammed but i was wrong. The t shirt arrived in appx 2 weeks to the UK. It was exactly what i had ordered and good quality too. I'm a happy customer
Soulfuldepict is most certainly a scam. The items I received were sized incorrectly, the material was thin, and the clothing was poorly sown. With a total of $80.05 worth to return, they offered me $12 initially and I keep the products, final offer was $27. I refused their offer and requested a return address. With more than 10 emails to them, I have yet to receive any return instructions.
stupid me bought stuff from there. Cheap quality, didn't fit, and very shoddy overall. Took weeks to be delivered. I tried to return them and they said they shipped the right size so give them to a friend. HA. Don't buy from them. Losers all the way around.
I ordered several items from this site. I usually wear a large but ordered an XL just to be safe. They were actually more a medium. I contacted them and they said no refund or return because that was the size I ordered.
This company is a total scam. I received the items in a timely fashion but since none of them were acceptable to me I contacted the company for a an address where I could return the purchases. Their response to me was there was no warehouse in the United States where they could be returned and only returned to a China warehouse which would be extremely expensive.
I wish I had taken the time to review this site before ordering anything from Soulfuldepict. My experience. I ordered two (2) casual suits on March 27, 2022 and received them on April 19, 2022. I ordered a Size 2X. I immediately tried to try one on only to realize the 2X I ordered was in actuality a size 12 or maybe a size 14. I contacted Soulfuldepict immediately. I advised them that the suits were to small and please provide me with a return address so that I might get my money reimbursed to me. Bottom line, I was told I could not get my money back and that I should give them to someone as a gift. TRUST YOU WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS SITE!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS TRULY A SCAM!!!!!!!!!
