I had the same problem. Horrible service— I paid an additional $25 for faster shipping and then a completely wrong dress, wrong color was delivered from China, only offered a 20% refund??? This company, Ladies Street, is complete junk.
I ordered a dress for homecoming and they sent a completely different dress that looks nothing like what I wanted or ordered.
I ordered a pair of shoes that do not resemble the picture of the shoes that I ordered. They have yet to honor their return policy but I will continue trying.
This WEBSITE is a total scam in that they rip off other websites and use their pictures such as WINDSOR etc and then send clothes that are nothing like the images
They they refuse to acknowledge any request to return their rubbish clothes and therefore really are thieves if you ask me! Their returns policy is a total hoax- their phone number does not pick

Ordered 2 pair of shoes sizing is not American size, sent several emails, no response. No phone# to call.

This company is a scam. Sent incorrect size and style of dress ordered. Refused to credit account or accept return. Let my experience be your guide and please do NOT do business with this company.
I contacted them via email to cancel my order since it wasn’t going to arrive on time. They said it was already shipped so they couldn’t cancel and was told to wait for the package and return for a refund. When we received it not only was it super late it wasn’t the item we ordered at all and now they are not returning my numerous emails. I have tried calling them and left a message the first 2 times and now the phone just rings non stop without an answer. Do NOT order from this website.
I tried to returned an item as it came so late . I e mailed them . No one even t reply yet
They only have an email address to request refund and they sent wrong item that didn’t even match what was on their website or my order form
My daughter ordered a prom dress from this site. Two months later the item came but it was a completely different dress than what was ordered.Of cause there is no communication from them at all despite multiple emails.

We ordered two dresses months ago came in last month. Dresses were not what we ordered all wrong colors. Tried contacting support to get the items returned and have heard nothing back. Very disappointing! Have tried for a month to send emails and the phone number does not connect. Complete scam! I had to get a hold of my credit card company to help. Just a mess. Just want to return these dresses and I can’t!
