Their "address" is now listed as 120 Lombard Street, 3, Toronto Ontario M5C 3H5, Canada... which is a freaking coffee shop. I just placed an order for a huge bean bag chair from them. I'm going to report them and I'm getting a refund.

I ordered a blue romper and FINALLY received a package with a blue spaghetti strap dress. No paperwork was included so I couldn’t confirm where this was from so I had to trace it back to my tracking order number. I’ve sent several emails and haven’t heard from them! DO NOT ORDER from them !

I ordered three of the rompers, recieved 3 slip type pieces of clothing, can't really call them dresses. I now have three new nightgowns because I can't wear them out in public as they are too short, cheap, and thin.

I ordered two rompers back in March. The tracking number they sent showed product arrived in USA but a month later still no package. They just sent another tracking number from China. I’ve sent several emails but they’ve never answered them. Do not order from this company. I agree Pinterest should remove them due to fraud.
Seems like the romper is their scam. I paid thru Paypal. I will now report them
SCAM!!! I really wanted the romper that looked like a dress with pockets. It came much later than stated but I have ordered from overseas so I knew that was to be expected. But when I opened it up ... it was a long tank top. I was and still am fuming!! And of course they don't respond to ANY emails.
Can't believe everyone has received the same cheap tanks I received when I ordered 2 rompers. My CC is refunding me after 15 days, multiple emails, and no response. Someone should arrest these scammers!

Scam!! I ordered 2 romper dresses and they sent me two ridiculous tank top tube dresses. The items I received were a joke. Sending my order back to China would cost me more than I paid in the first place. Don’t trust this company !!

They are absolutely fake. I ordered from them, they claimed “longer shipping times due to popularity on Insta” and it took well over a month to receive a completely fake order. I ordered the romper because it looked super cute, and received two ugly, cheap tank top dresses. Do not order from them.

Definitely a scam. I purchased a romper and received an extremely cheap slip dress that is way too small. I’ll be contacting PayPal to report and hopefully get a refund. I tried unsuccessfully to contact the company. Don’t bother wasting time or money.

This is a total scam!! Wrong items sent after a month long wait!! Here’s a telephone number 647-534-9869 but the voicemail box is always full and no one responds to my emails.
I stupidly ordered from this site. I patiently waited for a month and a half for my order to arrive. The romper that I thought I was getting (super cute dress with pockets and attached shorts underneath) was completely different than what they sent. The romper was so cute that I ordered two - one in blush pink and the other in sage green. What came was two super cheap polyester camisole slips, in a bubblegum pink and green. I immediately reached out to the company and sent pictures of what arrived in my package and I still haven’t heard anything back. I will probably have to try a chargeback through my bank to get any sort of refund.
An ad popped up on my FB feed and I of course fell for it and got hooked on the romper I thought I was buying. It was called “you found my heart romper” yet a month later I received a “slip dress” that seriously looks like a tank top or cami. It would never fit as a dress. And it’s sooooo thin. It’s ridiculous. And of course no response from the company support
I placed an order thinking it was a legit not in China company. Never received a confirmation anything nor any product. Reached out via email and still got no response. Lesson learned unfortunately. I need to call my bank and dispute the charges as I was holding out hope my item would actually arrive. ?
Florestia .co is 100% a scam. I ordered a romper and a month later, a tiny package arrived from China. On-site was a cheap $1 tank top, nothing like the dress/romper I ordered. The company has completely ignored my attempts to reach out for customer service to fix the error. A clear bait and switch.
Don't order from them. They will charge you, send you the wrong thing of low quality, and you'll never get a response.
They’re total garbage. I ordered a cute romper, it took almost 8 weeks to receive it and then what arrived was a very cheap tank top. There was no shipping receipt, no return address, no tag in the garment, nothing. The only reason I even knew that it was from Florestia is because the tracking number on my email indicated my package was delivered the same day and time this junk arrived.
ABSOLUTE SCAM. I got the sweetheart dress and, instead, I got this hideous, hot pink slip dress. Not even in the same realm as what I paid for and they won't answer customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Yes this site is a scam I purchased a dress from them and never recieved the item. No way to contact except through email which they do not respond. Do not purchase from them they are fraudulent.
