I've been waiting since April 2021 for the top I ordered. They say it was lost in shipping...wouldnt that be their responsibility? Then they ask permission to ship another item? Nope...I believe this is their roundabout way to charge my card again. I again emailed today stating have not received item and request a full refund. I'm not holding my breath

As above. You cannot get on to their web sight to handle refunds for unsatisfactory merchandise. They have no return address and the quality of their merchandise is very poor. They have no customer service no matter what they say. Do not order from them.
This was my first time ordering from Kecloth. I ordered two short sleeve tops in flowery prints. While they took a little longer to arrive (about 8 days) the tops were just as described, the material was very nice, the prints were just as pictured and they fit according to the size dimensions given. I was very pleased with them! If they did not fit I have no idea how difficult the return policy would be or how much it would cost to exchange for a different size. But, being careful to look at the size charts given, I would order again from them.
Kecloth is a scam online business. They don't provide refunds for unsatisfactory merchandise They do not disclose their restrictive refund policy when purchasing items. THE QUALITY of their merchandise is very poor and sizing of clothes is very irregular. their customer service is non existent.Do not buy from Kecloth
You are Absolutely right this is a scam company. I am trying to return the product and they’re telling me I have to send it to China at my expense. OtherWise they will give me a 15% refund
