These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. This company is definitely a scam. I ordered shoes and when they came they were the wrong size. I sent an email to them and they suggested I keep them because it would be very expense to return them and I would have to pay the postage. Do not order fro this company.
Just received my "Willow Tree" Nativity pieces. Lesson learned. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING! The pieces are definitely NOT official Willow Tree. They are very tiny and no where near to the quality of the originals. Packaging was my first clue. Since return policy seems to be a major problem, I will keep. I repeat DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Ordered products from this company and have not received the merchandise. I ordered the willow tree angels for Christmas a month ago. There has been no notification that product is delayed or will arrive at all. Communication is very much lacking in their service profile.
I had a very bad experience with a similar shop I found online. Anytime there is information/pictures of items for sale that have been copied/pasted, that is not a good sign, Also, when names of customers who supposedly ordered the same item minutes prior to you looking at it, take that as a warning too.
If a brand name item is listed, my personal experience has been “if it looks too good to be tue, it is!” The fact there is not a contact phone number is another heads up. Just to remind you, I have never ordered from this company and am basing my comments on experiences with similar websites. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!
NOTE: When PayPal is the form of payment offered, it difficult to dispute a transaction in order to get your money back. Make sure you read the updated policies of PayPal. A credit card would be my first choice of payment, especially if you are not familiar with the seller.
