Legit sites will mention on their website if the same company is operating multiple sites. But, it hasn’t provided any information about its connection with other sites whose contact details it has been using. So, it looks like this site hasn’t provided the real contact details and has copy-pasted those details from other websites.

I had a really bad experience with Ionsaz. I ordered maternity clothes on 22nd March 2021, only received it today 21st May 2021 after several follow ups, only to receive totally different dresses. None of my orders are correct. I paid more more than $150 for 4 dresses and none of them is correct. They’re not even of good quality. What a waste of money! Never order from this website!
As mentioned above, Stay away from this site!! I ordered a handful of items and after 1.5ish months FINALLY recieved them. I was missing 1 of the items paid for and now for the last month have been going in circles with the rep. They have requested all kinds of "proof" be sent to them that I dont have said item included a SKU number from the package, a photo of the package, shipping label from package, and photos of all products received. Never in a million years did I think I would have to provide so much info to get a refund for the company's mistake. Who keeps a package wrapper for 1.5 months after opening? Especially a package that was sent from China & was tattered to shreds by the time it finally arrived. Oh and to add insult to injury, they already had provided ME with the photos they were requesting (shy of the product photos) when they misunderstood my initial email about not receiving a article of clothing purchased. But the absolute WORST slap in the face came when they decided "they would like to show their sincerest apology and ease my happiness by offering a 3 DOLLAR refund on the product" LOL a joke across the board. Again, STAY AWAY!!!
I ordered two months ago , never received the goods. They took the money from my credit card..never receive anything.
Do not order from this website or any website that has a similar web layout! I ordered months ago and barely received my item after countless emails being sent to them. They sent me a completely different item that is made of terrible quality! I now Have to find something last minute! The website is a scam!
Do not order here. They sent me a wrong item after waiting for months then only offering me for 10% refund . Poor quality items and shipping is super long .
