This company is a joke. My husband ordered a wall ornament and it was nothing like the photo. The image they’ve used on their site is clearly stolen. We’ve requested a refund but aren’t expecting to receive a reply.
I made the mistake of ordering 2 x piston skull faces from these guys - supposed to be a 12% discount and free shipping if you bought 2 - no, there wasn't.
Weirdly - shipping updates etc were spot on (albeit through shipping@24hservice.vip)
When it arrived - Compared to the images used on their website - which is now closed) Product quality was an absolute joke - contacted support for a refund - was told that as I would have to pay the shipping on returns ? It was very expensive and I should accept a $2USD credit ??
Then, when I said no, I still wanted to return them - they now say I can't -
STAY AWAY - ABSOLUTE SCAM !!
I recently ordered an item from Inhoourof, I checked the reviews and measurements of the item to make sure I wasn't being scammed.
I ordered Beatrice bear and it is not the size shown on the website. It has turned up as 6inch x 5inch, which is smaller than my hand and on the website it says it is 13.5 x 7 x 16.5 with no clear explanation for which format this links too. There are also photos of the item on the wall, next to a fireplace and I would guess the room is miniature .
I complained and I was surprised they actually responded, but with full denial it was wrong. And even though I told them the size I received was different to their website, they denied and said there was nothing they could do. I have requested a full refund but I am not holding my breath.
Question, I order from the Inhoorof on April 22,2023 I have an order# also but yet to receive any email as specified on the website they would send an update to my email with tracking info, i paid for the VIP 3–7-day shipping to insure I would receive these in time for Mother's Day, the processing instruction say up to 48 hours.
I cant find an email to ask about the order any info you may have on that please respond.
