I ordered a Dark Shadows TV series coffin set last summer. I just found out this morning that it's a counterfeit set. Then I just looked them up just to give them Hell. After seeing ALL of this shady info on them, I cannot even believe I actually received it. Holy shhhh people that is just awful.
I ordered on December 7, and still have not received my product I ordered. Very disappointed with this happening. I will notify my bank to look into this company.
100% confirmed scam. If you paid via credit card they can reverse the charge (most credit card companies anyhow) If you ordered anything from this company - contact your credit card company and keep an eye on your transactions or replace your card.
What was the name on the bank statement for you guys?
I have ”HIPHOPFASHION.ON”, but I am not sure yet..
Also the company change the name on the account that before charging my bank, but they cannot change the amount. You must must must change your card. Because they can recharge you at anytime.
5 months I waited for my item and I never received it. So, I reported this company to my bank and they gave me a provisionary credit for the amount while they investigate that company.
I ordered from incredible deals back in Nov and the exact same thing happened to me - I received an email with a tracking number and then all of the sudden (After about 5 weeks) the link to track the package stopped working and I cannot get anyone to answer my emails. I'm really disappointed and wish I could get my money back!! I hate people that scam other people!
I order an item from them too since November 2020 and till now I never gotten my item and they responded once since then no update yet and the tracking number are no longer working

I ordered from Incredible Deals in Dec and still haven't received my item. The link to the shipping tracking info no longer works. Also the email with the shipping info somehow was in my trash. I am guessing I deleted it by mistake but is it possible it could have auto deleted itself after a period of time? Do I have any recourse at this point?
They should not have access to your email, so it may be you who deleted the email. So, now you should contact the company first. If they don't respond to you, then you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, then open a dispute via your PayPal account. I ordered something from this site on December 2nd, 2020... The email that was sent let me know it would take 3-7 weeks because of Covid...I received an email with a tracking number on it and for awhile it worked. Maby alittle after a month and two weeks, the link that was sent to my email nolonger works as well as the website. It's just gone . My tracking seemed legit because I was tracking it for so long all the way until it said it landed in my country and then....the site was no longer available. So I spent $78, it's now 02-01-2021 and no package, no tracking number, and no website, and out of my money. Don't even know if I can get the money back because I don't have a real bank ... I just used one of my pay cards and I was hoping my item would come so bad, I am bummed.
