These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. I ordered some rattan chairs and never received them. When I contacted them they said they were coming from China. A month later I received a cheapo pendant chain with the order number that was for the chairs I ordered

    1. In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Explain to them everything. You should also get a copy of the information for the tracking number from a post office that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item, which will definitely have less weight than the item you order. Show these details to the bank, credit card company, or PayPal. People who had provided this information to the bank or credit card company or PayPal, most of them have got a full refund with the help of a bank, credit card company, or PayPal.

      Good Luck!

  2. The fraudster has closed down illigus and has just opened it in another name called winesupmarkets .com
I just notice this and wish to report it

  3. I have been scammed by this website. I found out all the emails, telephone numbers and address are bogus. You cannot contact them but they can email you tricking you to "complete the transaction" thereby getting you to duplicate the payment! PayPal cannot help either! Furious to be duped like this. Have left Trust Pilot review and told all my contacts on Facebook. But sadly many more folk will see this website and be scammed.
