I am in the same boat. I ordered and payed $34.99. Never delivered But they say it was delivered. I have hunted and hunted trying to find out who delivered the cart, No answers. They finally said they would send me another one, Ha, Ha! Then all of a sudden the email with the tracking number just dissapered off my email. How I don't know but it is gone and I can't reach anyone now. What a mess and what crooks they are.
