I bought couple pair also, been 3 months and nothing.
Yup scam, I should have known better. Got charged right away. Sent emails to support, addy doesn't exist like the others are saying. Gotta take the L on this on....smh
I ordered a pair of shoes back in mid April, and never recieved any sort of email confirmation, although I did recieved a single text message. After a few days I received one additional text saying my order had shipped. That was two months ago. The last shipping update via the link texted to me was mid-May, over a month ago (today is 06/24/2022) and all it said was that it had arrived in the US. I put in complaint about two weeks ago and haven't heard anything back. Do not order from this website.
I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes on May 14 th...To date I have moot received anything!...Straight UP SCAM!!.....
I would suggest to everyone else that has been taken advantage of, contact your financial institution and report as fraud. Same exact thing happened to my daughter.
I bought 2 pairs of sneakers just like everyone else everything is fake so sad but never again Please don't buy from Hype Street it's a scam ?

I f you want get money back, you can contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, then you can open a dispute via your PayPal account to get a refund.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes on May 9 2022 an have not heard anything from them
I'm going through the same thing and I e-mailed them and it said the e-mail site doesn't exist.
I got scammed by them and my bank won't give me my funds back
i bought 2 pairs of shoes months ago and it’s not here. the tracking info they gave me is fake and i’ve emailed them multiple times and it says the email is fake. does anyone know how to get a refund?
