What is Higgas.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling clothing and fashion products such as dresses, tops, bottoms, photo gowns, nursing outfits, maternity wears, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Higgas as one of the doubtful sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

It has mentioned its parent company's name and address on its Contact Us page as Hymax Company Limited: 344-354 Gray's Inn Road, London, Greater London, England, WC1X 8BP. We also don't find any evidence that Higgas is operated by Hymax Company Limited. It has also provided the image of its parent company’s name and address instead of writing directly on its website which is mostly done by sites when they copy-paste other company’s address so that no one can find them searching the given parent company name and address on Google. Moreover, this company name is found to be used by other suspicious sites like NowClearance, Strmhn, Labwant, Cherveni, Ketynef, Berrystye, Carpceter, EconomicBlue, Heluns, FamousPops, Ukukglobal, Daucvn, Omnienter, FunnyShoppy, EasternCloth, Thunzon, Xstover, Overbb, PeachBlooms, MixtureVolt, SuperFanMan, LeastSports, Amoryy, HarneStore, Lincpau, Mclothings, Yankeeoconnor, and so on.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which has mentioned that the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and any related expenses. It is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Considering all the reasons that have been presented above, we can draw a conclusion that Higgas is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. SCAM!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. PLACED AN ORDER 10/2/21. I RECEIVED SOME TRACKING INFO THAT NEVER TRACKED. THEM PROCEDED TO EMAIL THE SERVICE DEPT ABOUT ORDER. I KEEP GETTING AUTOMATED EMAILS.

  2. I tried contacting the site as well, was told it would take 15 to 20 days for my order to come in. I ordered my dress in October, it's now December, still no dress. The website does not exist, my tracking number was not found. I filed a claim with my bank to get my money back.

  3. This site is DEFINITELY a scam! I Purchased a dress for my baby shower which never came. I have sent them over 90 EMAILS. I have yet to receive my product or my 90% refund that I was offered.

  4. Ordered from them, couldnt track my package, no news was givin... 3 months later i received mybpackage.. i open it its not the right dresses or sizes. I wrote back to them asking for a refund cause i cant wait another 3 months, no answer nothing . 200$ out the window

  5. Do not purchase from this company. I ordered three maternity dresses from them, I wasn’t able to track my shipment but it did eventually arrive. However, one of the dresses they sent was not the dress that I ordered. The second dress looked nothing like what it was supposed to, the “sequins” on the dress immediately began falling off when I took it out of the bag leaving behind brown glue marks where they had been stuck on. The third dress wasn’t even a maternity dress despite being advertised as such. I did a google image search of the dress, found the same dress -same model, and exact same picture-advertised on other sites, and the model was not pregnant. They altered the photo to make it look like maternity wear when it isn’t.

Currently in the process of returning my order and getting a refund. Hopefully.

  6. I also got scam by this website. I can’t track my shipment or find the website it so sad they stole my money.

    1. This is most definitely a scam. I placed an order in October for nearly $300. No one answered my emails for several weeks. I sent 22 emails in a row the other week and someone responded, but with vague responses. They said everything should ship within a week and if not they'd give me 10% off. I never heard anything else and when I went to follow up today, my purchase account was no longer there and the website no longer exists. I'm trying to dispute this claim now and get my money back. I'm beyond aggravated. Definitely a SCAM.

  7. I have been waiting for a dress from this sight since Oct. 13. I still have not received anything. They say that my package was delivered and provided me with a tracking # but I didn't received any package and I can't even track the carrier who is so called shipped with. I hope my dress do come though. At this point I'm pretty nervous and not sure if I'm even going to get my dress.

  8. I made a purchase through Higgas.com (purchased a maternity dress) in late September 2021. It is now Nov. 02, 2021 and I have not received my package. The tracking information provided by the company also leads to no information. I have also contacted their customer service email and have not received a response.
