My name is Jamal, I ordered a hat from them- 4 months later I have not received it- after emailing them they said they had back orders, and that my product would be shipped very soon- That was 3 weeks ago have not received my product... scam all the way
This is definitely a scam outlet. I bought 2 hats that were pictured and they sent some junk looking merchandise for my hats. They will not return my messages. I doubt I'll see any of money in return.
I ordered a hat from them a week ago and still waiting. The tracking policy is not what it's supposed to be. I think I've been scam. I will keep you guys updated.
I orderd a cowboy hat on the 21 october 2022 and never recieved it so don't order anything from them , it's probibley a scam.
I received " straw" hat that was really made from polyester bow. On the time I was buying on site it was written made from straw, after I received " hat" I was running to check description and found that my straw hat made from felt...In real world this hat made from polyester and in very low quality. I do not recommend to buy on hatsfashion.com
