Hundreds of companies doing legitimate business. And there is always a few that use computers (one of mans best inventions to steal and take from others like thieves. The item I ordered was inexpensive and for hobby purposes. The term "do unto others, as you would have them do unto you" will come back and bite them someday. The world is already full of lies, cheats and thieves. This place is all three in one. Scams
I ordered in November. They say my order is "in it's place" I've been told this twice. First time in January and I disputed the charge with cash app and not only was my dispute denied, cash app closed my card. Haeisinc said they will not refund and would refill order and reship. Now I'm told that 2nd order is "in its place" I can only reach anyone on 1 email address and I'm sure it is automated.
I ordered in November as well and have be7en waiting for almost a year now and I have been corispond with them and I got the same, they have tried to ship it 3times. They absolutely will not give a tefund
Ordered in November still don't have any of my orders. They say it was delivered, not too me. They resent, said it was delivered. Again, not to me. Refusing to give me my money back
Still waiting on my orders from November after saying the orders were delivered. Checked both addresses and nothing. I have been emailing and receiving all kinds of excuses. Just received a note they are reshipping the items. We will see. I guess I will get a ring in the mail.

I placed an order back in November, my card was charged. I inquired about my order Dec. 13 and was told that due to strict inspection by customs, the delivery time will be longer than normal. Then was told by shipping that it was delivered at 3:30am on Dec. 24. Nothing was delivered as I have a Ring camera that records and alerts if something was delivered. I have sent 2 emails with no response and phone number provided does not work. Now I am out $45.00!
This site is a scam i ordered and never got my stuff and the provided me with a fake tracking number and sent me a email saying was delivered but it wasn't so i reported this site to the better business bureau and the FBI.
I also ordered from them and received a junky ring, what I ordered were for my granddaughters for Christmas and they ruined my Christmas. I am so upset over this whole thing.
They are scammed.
I ordered 9 products. Blankets and hoodies. Only for them to deliver a small less than 30p ring
I too got scammed. I ordered 2 items. they gave me a tracking number to which my post office did not have a record for. Their shipping company states that is was delivered but in translating the Chinese, it say the "US can vote"...what? I was able to contact them via their e-mail. They told me that their records show it was delivered. And beyond that it is my misfortune. So, guess I am out of my money as they won't replace my missing items nor refund me. Buyer beware!!!
Same thing happened to me
I ordered 2 pairs of Santa Sneakers and the money was taken out of my account on 11/23/22. Have not received the sneakers or got an answer to the email I sent the company. They should not be able to advertise or sell. I will have my bank go after them for the money.
I got scammed as well. Order placed in October. No legitimate email and can’t find phone number. Don’t order from polaplanet now reszero as neither currently exist! ?
Crap I WAS really hoping this was an ok company. I ordered a bunch for Christmas. Sounds like I'm not going to get any of what I ordered. I'm putting in a fraud notice to have purchases reversed.

I placed an order in October. Here we are on D1st and still no package. I was told it was shipped and delivered... still no package. Trying to get a refund but the rep keeps rolling me to check with my postal service. I have done that twice... no package. I'm filing a fraud complaint with my credit card now.

Now after reading all this I realized they got Me as well. I should have known better. I usually take the time to check this stuff out before ordering. Can't there be anything done about them ? Close this place down. I realize they are in another country but do something to block them from sending these sites to the US.

I ordered clothes from them in early October and have not received any thing!! Tomorrow I am calling my bank and telling them this!! I should have known better!!
I ordered from here. I was charged off my debit card. I haven't received any shipping/tracking information and I haven't received my order. I tried to contact them using the provided email and I got a delivery failure message.

Yes, I believe it is a scam. I spent hours doing Christmas shopping and when I went to pay it wanted to charge me $100,000,000,000.00 in shipping charges. Yes you saw that right $100,000,000,000.00!!!

It’s a scam, after you order it takes a month and you only receive a cheap ring. You only have one day to receive a refund but it’s a fake e-mail. Money is lost. Do Not Order from this site!!!!! Scam
I ordered from them and the tracking number states it is at my post office and out fordelivery,,,WELLLL let me tell you... The package is NOT out for delivery. Apparently they sent me a small trinket that I DID NOT order.. and now refuse to refund my money.
