I purchased 2 lambskin jackets. The extra large will not fit a medium size woman. Trying to return to get back my money. NO LUCK. Guess my next step is my credit card company. THIS IS A RIPOFF COMPANY.
Me too! Hope you didn't use PayPal. They refunded 1 and screwed me on the other. Seller is in CA, but I have to send back to China. And beware...this seller has multiple sites with same crap. Rnalemoa@outlook.com keeps coming up and I keep getting scammed.

I ordered a pair of boots on 12/26/23. Their page that showed my order also provided shipping status updates and a comment section where you could contact Customer Service. I got shipping updates every 2 to 3 days until 1/24/23, when it said my package was in Topeka, Kansas. That was the last update. I sent a message to Customer Service on 2/9/23, 2/23/23 and 3/5/23 and 3/7/23. The last 3 times I contacted them, I asked for a refund. Each time they said we can't stop the package. It's on the way. Please be patient. I had paid for this with a credit card through Paypal. On the Paypal site, they provided an email to contact the seller directly. I emailed the seller on 3/9/23, asking for a refund. They responded and said they would ask the shipper to expedite my order. I then opened a dispute with my credit card company to see if they could charge back the sale. I emailed the company again and told them that it is clear the company is a scam and I advised them that I had opened a dispute with my credit card company. I immediately received a reply, "Thanks for reaching out to us. We're so sorry for the delay. Please kindly wait 3-7 business days for a full refund notice from the bank." The next morning, I received an email from Paypal, confirming a refund had been issued to my credit card. So --- after all that, don't mess around with this company. If you have ordered something and are getting the runaround, tell them you've opened a dispute. That will get your refund.
I ordered a pair of boots from this company on 12/26/2023. They have a page where it shows the order and provides the shipping status. It showed the boots were coming from Greece and the status was updated every couple of days through 1/24/2023, when it said the package had arrived in Topeka, Kansas. That was the last update. On this same page there is a section where you can contact Customer Service. On 2/9/23, I put a comment in that said I had not receive the package. Their response was "We already shipped your order to our shipper. We just checked, they’re upgrading the delivery system,so we can’t get tracking numbers in time. We’ll contact with them, and will offer your tracking number once they gave us the solution. It won’t be too long to wait, thank you for your understanding." On 2/23/23 I commented again, this time asking for a refund. Their reply was "Thank you for contacting us! We are really sorry for the inconvenience. As we checked,your package has been packaged and sent to the post office. We cannot stop. Please do not worry. When the item arrived,if you are unsatisfied with the item,we will try our best to help you. Thank you for your understanding!" On 3/5/23, I commented and again asked for a refund. Their reply was "So sorry that your package was sent out and it is still on your way, so we can not cancel it. We’ve urged the shipping company to let them urge this package. So sorry for this. Thank you!" Two days later on 3/7/23, I message them and said I would not wait any longer and to refund my money. Their reply, "So sorry that your package was sent out and it is still on your way, so we can not cancel it. Your order was sent to your country, We’ve urged the shipping company for updating the information. So sorry for this. Thank you!
Howard Faulkner, Same nightmare, I ordered a pair of boots for my wife on 1/18/2023. The last shipping update said they were at a facility in Springfield, Illinois on 2/16/2023, not update after that. I sent them an email and my response also was to be patient.

Ordered before I read all these reviews. Stupid on my part! Original order date is 1/3. Tracking says they've been stuck in Cincinnati since 2/4. I live in NH! Still no boots! I'm calling the credit card company now!
I am having the same pr0blems as all of you! Ordered 2 pair of boots in the middle of December. Charged more than anticipated and haven't received my items. Emailed the company and was told to be patient. The tracking information provided is all messed up. Going to contact my method of payment and dispute the charge!!
Same scenario as previous comments. Ordered two pairs of boots from this faux company on December 23rd and, to date, have still not received my merchandise. Several emails to the company and shipping company, which has no name listed, have told me to be patient. Don’t think at this point I’m going to receive my boots. Will never buy off social media again. Will stick with trustworthy Amazon.
Wow. I ordered 3 pairs of boots on 12/22/23, 2) blue and 1) khaki. When I received my confirmation form, they had listed 2) black and 1) khaki. I immediately emailed them to get the color corrected to 2) blue, and they responded that my request was forwarded to the correct department and would be taken care of. They also overcharged my PayPal account from the original order price of $98.37 to $118.94, and to top it all off, the package last shipping status update listed St Paul, MN on 1/19/23. The company apparently does not know where the package is, or who the carrier is. They have not responded to my multiple email attempts either. I have notified PayPay of the situation via their resolution center and will now escalate the dispute since reading all of these complaints. This is not a reputable company.
My story is almost exactly the same as yours!! I ordered 2 pair of boots and even paid the extra $20 for expedited shipping!!! That was Dec. 11… it is now Feb.11!!! Tracking says they were in Sioux Falls on Jan 19… there response to me is be patient!! HA!!
Thank you for the reviews; I was about to send for a pair of the blue boots. They do look good online but since I had never heard of this company I thought I'd better check them out. So glad I did. Will save my $$
The products are terrible. So cheap I would throw them in the trash. I have continued to send emails asking for return shipping address, etc. so I can get a refund as stated on website. Complete CRAP. They refuse to send me the return information so I can get a refund. Waste of time and money. Lesson... Do not buy stuff off of social media! It's all made in CHINA and is garbage.
100% agree. I bought these as they looked really nice online, they are so cheaply made, smell horrible and they sent my size 9 as requested but they are two sizes too big and keep telling me they sent what I ordered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They will not refund you, I paid for two pair and they want to credit me $6 as they feel my cost to ship them back will be more than I paid for their disgusting cheap shoes.

I am so disappointed in the boots I received ! I ordered Dec 5 th and didn't get this cheap looking boxy cut boot until 1/8 and reached out that day and they gave me the run around for 2 weeks then said I could't receive a refund!!!!!! I'll tell everyone I know not to buy from them if they don't refund my $. They have Never been worn at all! I'm so mad right now this is a horrible Co. they only want your $$ and care NOTHING for the customers satisfaction!
Product shipped is a very cheap imitation of what they show online. I won’t risk sending them back in case I don’t get a refund . I asked to return but they are already giving me the run around so lesson learned. Glad I didn’t spend more. Buyer beware.

Do not buy from them! They sent me boots 3 sizes larger than I ordered and refuse to exchange or refund my money. Their answer: "we checked and you received the product". This is after I took pictures of the product, size tags and my original order form indicated the size I ordered as opposed to the size they sent. So I am stuck with shoes I cannot possibly wear. They are also very very poor quality, very cheap, they do not look like the ad pictures. Fraud!

Do not buy from this company! They are all thieves and steal your money. They provide horrible customer service, and their products are way below par. They have offered me three dollars for a pair of boots that do not have a opening. I have reported them to the BBB as well as my credit card company.

I bought 4 pairs of boots and want them to send me a label to return them and they will not agree to do that . I am lossing almost 200.00 in the process. DO NOT BUY from this website
