All of the above comments are exactly what happened to me. I ordered it in November. I got 8 different tracking information emails, but it "sat" in United States customs for a long time. They charged me wrong, but they did credit my account the over-charged amount. I had a feeling I was scammed and I contacted them through PayPal and they "responded", but I couldn't contact "Willowtrain" directly (site can't be reached). The company name on my receipt says Justen Trading Co., Limited. I received my package this week: damaged box, definitely not the size stated online-it is much, much smaller, no directions, the "easy to assemble" is a joke-there are teeny tiny screw, and sticky tabs, and it looks like it is missing some pieces. Lesson learned. I will try to find someone to make me my dream outdoor nativity.
My Nativity set arrived today. Was ordered early October. All comments from Company (I contacted them 5 times once package no longer tracked), were that it's on it's way. Finally arrived today 1/09/23 via postal carrier.
I too have been waiting over 2 months for my nativity set (did 't arrive in time for Christmas). No tracking update since late November. I emailed the shipper who responded "be patient". This is unacceptable. I now believe I've been scammed.

The outdoor nativity set finally arrived. Far from being big enough to put outdoors it is tiny and a load of rubbish given what we paid for it.
I have also been waiting 2 months for the OhHoly Night Nativity set.
