Ordered an outfit January 2023, Total Scam still hasnt arrived keep saying they will send it ASAP Heaps of excuses but no action of course. 3 months on and still waiting for the imaginary outfit! Complete SCAM
I Purchased, one evening gown in December 2022 and as of this date they are showing the purchase date is January 8, 2023. I have sent a couple of emails but today did go through their chat room. When I looked at my purchase it said it was awaiting shipment which is what it has always said my best guess is I will not receive the gown which I was taking on a cruise, the latter part of February. I stated that I would report them to the South Carolina Department of consumer affairs as well as the South Carolina state Attorney General’s office, which I will do. I do not know how to get a refund, if it’s even possible, but I will take every measure I can to get my money back.
I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company whether it’s a scam or not. They are totally non-responsive.
