What is Genny.Store?

It is an online shopping store which is selling various products like Finished LED Music Audio, Dahlin Hardtop 12 Ft. W x 10 Ft. D Aluminum Patio Gazebo, The liftable coffee table, Dream Super Locker, Dahlin Hardtop 12 Ft. W x 10 Ft. D Aluminum Patio Gazebo, Face Changing Mask, 12ft X 30in Easy Set Pool Set with Filter Pump, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Genny Store is categorized as one of the doubtful sites because of the following drawbacks:

Company Address:

All links to pages like Contact Us, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service etc. except "About Us" provided at the bottom of its website don't work since they are not clickable. So there is no any policy page it has provided on its website. Not only that but neither the company address nor the contact phone number has been given on the website. Thus, we cannot trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products at an unrealistic cheap price that is too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Genny Store is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. I purchased an outdoor swing. Should've known $40 was too good to be true because of course, it NEVER CAME! And the website doesn't work either. BIG surprise there. Never again.

  2. I was scammed out of $100 on a site called lily.com on Facebook!! PayPal put me thru all sorts of questions and BS and bottom line PayPal said too bad so sad!! I suggest before you order anything advertised on Facebook, Google it to see if it's a real site! It seems like Facebook will advertise anything so investigate first!!!

  3. ordered from the store, I am such a fool, now the site is closed but at least I am only out $20

  4. Made the same mistake. I used PayPal and can't get them to correct it. Sent by USPS and they state that it was delivered. However, nothing was delivered.

  5. I had the same thing but it was a different site..I even used PayPal! They would not honor the buyer protection offer they boast about so proudly, so therefore I was out of luck. The place that placed my order was overseas somewhere, yet a tracking number with a delivery confirmation to my home made by "Amy" not even 24 hours after the order was placed. The company (which legitimately seemed like ups) that issued all the shipping/tracking info Would not call back, respond to emails nothing. PayPal wouldn't help. Oh and the information on delivery confirmation stated the package weighed 7 pounds or so...The item I paid for was a Heavy duty canvas tent, with metal framing and could accommodate 10 people comfortably..I took it up with PayPal one more time..waited weeks to hear from them and it dawned on me that ALL the bogus websites and scammers are affiliated with PayPal..So I researched as much info and bluntly confronted whomever would answer phones in the corporate division only to be sent an email that they were NOT going to honor the buyer protection for me because the business owner from china "had proof"that my 7 pound package had been delivered by "Amy" less than 24 hours after the order was placed...Oh and for the record...this all started on Nov. 27, 2020... NOTHING was being delivered then due to covid!! But I did have my son email PayPal about the legitimacy of another site, that they have their buyer protection info and logo plastered all over..."Steve" emailed back (a week later), guaranteeing buyer protection and the offer of a discount to sign up for a PayPal pre paid mastercard account...so yes...i think these scammers don't exist by themselves...They push the use of PayPal for payment so strongly (instant checkout, 1 click purchase, buyer protection, etc) Because they are in on the scam. I think a legitimate institution would persue busting all these scammers, but there are so many people that just say Oops, I'll never do that again, and just take getting ripped off as a simple lesson and let it go quietly...I wanna slap scamming thieves!! Sorry for the rant but thank u...I hope my issue (Which is not completely over..)can help someone else not get messed over or at least fight these creeps back.. Take care..

  6. This is a huge scam. I been trying to figure out a way to get my money back but so far no luck it sucks really bad.

  7. Total scam! Unfortunately, no way to dispute it with my card company. I am only out 39.00, but still infuriates me.

  8. Total scam...sent me an empty envelope...I ordered a chair and a coffee table. PayPal won’t refund my money since genny.store sent them a tracking number saying I received “something” from them.

  9. I purchased from this store 4 days ago. They took payment and emailed that they would send ship date. I emailed them with questions but I got my email returned undelivered.

    1. How were you able to get your financial institution to pay you for the purchase from bogus store? Very interested. Thanks

  10. Genny Store is a FRAUD. Fake email addresses, fake phone numbers and addresses, even fake PayPal letters stating your item had been delivered, USPS has no record of their supposed tracking numbers. Had to file fraud claim with my bank.
