I bought a hooded zipped sweatshirt for ladies S size. It was horrible quality. Well, I should've checked what it is made of before buying. that could be my mistake. the material was awful, probably the cheapest synthetic they could find. the size was also wrong, although it showed S size, the actual size was huge, probably L or even XL. very disappointed. Will never buy anything online from the doggy websites anymore.
Such a rip off!!! I ordered a lady’s fringed jacket and a jacket fit for a 2 yr old. The jacket had no fringes and where one would expect silver studs there were beige pictures of studs. Unbelievable!!! I paid $80 cdn for this piece of garbage and I’ll never get that money back!!!!

That’s pretty much the same experience I had. I complained and they told me to Mail the item back to China and to lie to customs by saying the jacket cost a lot less than I paid so that they wouldn’t face customs charges. Unbelievable!!!

Have waited about 5 weeks and got a completely different item from what I ordered. This is a lost cause
Their web site followmimi.com is unavailable. I bought 2 items in April (2 months ago) and still not seen them. They are not answering my email questions.....
It took me a month to receive the tops I ordered. I ordered long sleeve but got short sleeves. The items are THE poorest quality I've EVER seen, like paper!!!! There is no way to reach them to get an answer. I have a return address on the label but I don't know where theses pieces of crap will go!! Concerned for my identify, I will close out my debit card that I use for ordering on line and NEVER, NEVER EVER order from this OBVISOULY fraudulent place!! What a rip off they are! I did not see one positive comment!!
I ordered 3 items for my husband for his birthday. It was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks. It took 6 weeks. I asked them to cancel it before they shipped it but they would not respond. When the items arrived they were not any where near what the pictures showed. Terrible color, size, stitching, etc. I wanted to return but they gave a China address. It takes over $46 to return the 3 items that cost 75. I have asked the credit card to withhold the charge. This is the worst company to deal with. I honestly believe this is an scam company and the US prosecutors should be involved.

Auch wenn mir eigentlich klar ist, dass man bei solchen zwielichtigen Anbietern nicht bestellen sollte, habe ich - da ich auf der Suche nach ausgefallener Herrenkleidung war - ein paar Kleidungsstücke dort geordert. Da ich in der Pandemiezeit nicht real einkaufen konnte, habe ich entgegen meiner sonstigen Gewohnheiten online bestellt. Tatsächlich kam nach langer Zeit ein lieblos verpacktes Päcken ohne Absender und ohne Rechung. Darin zwei Kleidungsstücke, die a) nicht der Bestellung und somit auch meinem Farbwunsch entsprachen, b) eine andere Größe hatten, c) von absolut!!! minderwertiger Qualität waren, d) keine Waschanleitung oder Materialinfo besaßen und e) unvollständig waren. Auf Emails wird nicht eingegangen. Ein Kleidungsstück steht immer noch aus; das Geld wurde natürlich einkassiert. Ich weiß, es war blöd von mir, aber das mindert den kriminellen Aspekt des Vorgangs nicht.
I received a totally different jumper than the one ordered. Also it was skimpy and not the size requested. They make it impossible to contact them and return postage costs make it not worth returning. I suspect there would be many holdups if attempting to get a refund.

I have used this company previously and did receive my order eventually. However a second order a year later seems to be taking forever to be processed, it is not possible to contact them and I suspect that they would not reply even if one could establish a rapport. I shall give them one more week then claim my money back through my bank.
Well I finally received my tshirt. But not to my surprise it was the wrong size. Once again I do not advise anyone to order from this company. I ordered a 3x and received a small. Thank you for nothing.

I ordered on 4/23 and received a confirmation next day, with message they would notify me when shipped. Now 5/4/21 and no more notification!! What can be done if cant even reach a Customer Service? I am going to report to Consumer Services and see if they can be tracked down if they are SCAMMERS
I received my shirt, however the company apparently had me ordering the same shirt a few days later. I received the second shirt on 4/26/2021 and am in the process of returning it for a refund.

Was directed by foggy love to info@followmimi.com and then Fennny, all supposedly clothing sites and wasn't able to access customer service on any of the above websites. I did receive one email noting one of six items had shipped but unable to track shipping of item. Ordered items on 3--28 and I suspect the above are fraudulent websites. Website noted items are shipped within 24-48 hrs
