I had ordered an animated pumpkin with them and never recieved (I did get 3 broken cheap "dollar store" plastic pumpkins with no invoice etc). When I disputed it with my bank (Capital One) I was just informed that the claim was denied by being a "valid transaction". How??
Add me as one who was scammed. I should have known better, but it was very convincing. They are now claiming they sent me the right product, but since I never received an invoice, it's hard to prove. But I'm happy to return the misrepresented and BROKEN product they shipped me. Maybe PayPal or Discover Card will cover my purchase from this fake, ingenuous company!!
