If you insist, you are told that they do offer 100% but only if you return item to China (at great cost) so to save you money and inconvenience they will offer 20% refund. When you point out their return policy says you only have to pay shipping once (including returns) and you already paid shipping for delivery, they tell you one is shipping and one is tariff. They couldn't lie straight in bed.
