THIS IS DEFINITELY A RIP OFF. ORDERED A WORM FACTORY. THEY SENT A DOZEN FACE MASK. TOTALING OVER $30.00. THEY NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED THE REAL PURCHASE. THEY SAY THAT THERE WAS DELIVERY. TRUE THE MAST CAME USPS. THEY OFFERED A 20% REFUND WITH NO RETURN THEN 40% RETURN. EVERY TIME I COMPLAINED OF THE ERROR THEY ANSWERED IN A NON RELATED NONSENSICAL REPLY. LIKE A FOOL I REPEATED MY MAIL THEY DID RESPOND WITH MORE POLICY CRAP AND THEIR RESPONSE WAS WAY OUT IN LEFT FIELD. NONE OF THERE RESPONSES WERE RELATED TO THE ISSUE. THIS TO ME IS A FEEBLE ATTEMPT TO INSULATE FROM A DIRECT AND BLATANT CASE OF FRAUD. AS TO PLAY IGNORANT SO AS TO AVOID RESPONSIBILITY. THIS IN NO WAY IS A DEFENSE WITCH LEADS ME TO THEY ARE IDIOTS. THIS COULD EXPLAINED AWAY BUT THAT WOULD LEAVE THEM WITH NON TO SLIM ANY PROFIT. AT ON POINT THEY STATED IF I WOULD RETURN FOR A REFUND THAT I WOULD PAY SHIPPING AND THAT WOULD BE VERY EXPENSIVE. THEY MAINTAIN THAT I RECEIVED MASKS. THE SHIPPING AT THEY VERY MOST WOULD BE $5. BY THE WAY THERE SHIPPING CHARGE WAS $7. ALSO STATED THAT WHY DID THEY PLAY THIS GAME AND JUST LEAVE IT AS YOU RIPPED MY OFF. NONE OF THE ACCUSATION OR TREATS WERE ADDRESSED. JUST ANOTHER FORM LETTER BEING THERE PARANOID ELUSIVE NON RELATED RESPONSE. THIS REAL WEIRD. SO STUPID ME THINKING I WAS GETTING A VERY VERY GOOD BUY. IE THES UNIT SELL FOR BOTTOM LINE $100 ELSEWHERE. I WAS GREEDY AND STUPID TO FALL FOR THIS. SO FINALLY I SAID TO GIVE ME THE 40% REFUND TO CALL THEIR BLUFF. OR I WOULD PAY SHIPPING FOR A FULL REFUND.
