Yeah, they are nothing but a scam! Even if you get a hold of someone they won't do anything but lie and say it was lost and that's only if you can get a response! Hands down this company's a scam they also have no problems charging you more then once! I too ordered a tent and chair and all I RECIEVED was a cheap harmonica and knock off ear buds and they tried to say it was lost in transit but it wasn't that's what they sent!
