So then I emailed them again and they said we will refund my money back if I pay for the shipping fees off £16.99 so I didn't send it and I keep sending emails to them but they just keep saying they want the shipping fees.

I ordered the vanity for my granddaughters birthday, and she informed me she had already bought one only minutes after placing the order. I went immediately and requested a refund that I was assured by email that would be returned to my account in a matter of hours. Still haven't gotten it and now it has my bank account all screwed up. This is ludicrous behavior that a person cannot go online and order an item without being worried about it being a fraudulent site. What happened to the integrity of the people.
