DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! They are scammers! If you see a FB ad for this wicker reclining chair and its cheap & seems to good to be true, it is. I ordered 2 of these chairs with free "express shipping" for only $55. Seemed like an amazing deal. When I got the PayPal receipt it was for Sailor Technology, not EazeCenter.com. Then I went back to the saved ad and it was gone. Then I discovered EazeCenter has a 2% satisfaction rating. (Should have done this research before I ordered this but hindsight is 20/20). I never received an online receipt from the company but went to their website, entered my email for tracking, and it said "Thank you! Your order is complete. Please wait for ship update". I called the company and got a recording saying "the Google customer you are trying to reach is unavailable". I sent them an email, and they responded & said "The goods have been sent out, but there is a problem in our system, and there is no way to check in time. We have registered your order, and the logistics order number will be sent within 3 days". So 3 days later I check again, and now a tracking number appears. I click the tracking number, and it brings me to some shipping company called 17track that states my package was delivered, FIVE days previously! No package ever arrived. I have a Ring doorbell it would have picked it up. No neighbors have it. After disputing the transaction with Paypal they initially denied my claim because the company provided a tracking number & said they sent it. I explained to PayPal that they are a new (and shady) company and they shouldn't just take their word that it was actually sent. The woman I spoke to was very astute and called the post office. Turns out, they run a scam where they mail out a worthless item, like a packet of seeds, to a different address in Brockton. That receipient gets it, thinks "I didnt order this" and throws it out, but now the scam company has a tracking number for a "shipment" sent to Brockton. I'm so glad the woman discovered their scam and I will get a refund. Please share with others that if they see this product for sale, its most likely a scam. I have seen this same chair advertised at least 2 other times by different companies (or maybe even the same one using a different name). Be careful out there!
