Lifonge complaints. Lifonge fake or real? Lifonge legit or fraud?

What is Lifonge .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling various products like beach and vacay outfits, men's wear, jeans, dresses, shirts, blouses, long skirts, t-shirts, tops, two piece sets, New Trend Cleaning Cat Toilet, I Work Hard Cats Personalized Tumbler, Shark Mouth Castle, Tote Bags, Water and Food Bowl, Cat Vest Harness and Leash Set, Vintage Style Stained Glass Red Dragonfly Cat Table Lamp, Cat Personalized Bedding Set, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Lifonge is found to be one of the problematic sites because of the following facts on its website:

Company Address:

It has provided parent company’s name on its Contact Us and Terms of Service pages which is “FADEL-BEATTY LIMITED”. We have found this parent company name on multiple problematic sites such as Wepenty, Tenzeeyo, AllawakaTop, Luisdys, EwqOnlineShop, Joanimo, QeycmallTop, Tinijoi, Tyraleo, Cabirona, KawikimTop, PurttonTop, Minmoshi, Linfany, Linapei, Shinimg, Yiyinghua, PiuniaStore, Doraloyal, Feetso, Werenae, Hemooko, Helingpo, CathyClothing, AmyaShop, Surfflux, Kimboerley, Reesowin, Benrtha, Didiame, PercelanStore, Loyatte, Timidic, Bumppu, Lidaaso, Vedonias, Casebon, Aglagen, InfoLeeg, Mutteen, Lennooy, Ongwee, Moveine, etc. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

At the time of this review, it has provided its parent company name FADEL-BEATTY LIMITED, however, in the future it may change its parent company name and address since similar types of sites did change their parent company names and addresses in the past.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It has stated that the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

As per the above presented reasons, the conclusion can be drawn that Lifonge is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

I ordered a wig June 25 and still have not received it yet. Can't get in touch with anyone in customer service to ask for a refund. Times are too hard for fake companies scamming people. I want my money back!!!

Sad to say I ordered some dresses from them and immediately called to cancel order and have not gotten a response. I have to say I should have known the price was too good to be true but simply felt the company may have been selling off items that may have been discontinued. I have already put my bank on notice. Companies should not be allowed to continue doing business under false pretenses like that.
