They are completely based in China. Their customer service is a joke and their terms completely unrealistic. The item I ordered was not the item I received. They want me to return it to China! It was made in the US (purportedly) and shipped from an address in NJ. They offered me a 20% compensation.
Completely unreliable.
I made the mistake of not checking this company before ordering - got suckered in by a photo of a very nice articulated dragon. I ordered the dragon in copper, pic shows what looks like a 3D printed dragon. What i received was vastly different: a super poor quality ceramic-ish dragon in white, with the pieces held together by elastic. I also ordered liquid filled dice, and received cheap dice with an eye in the middle. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I am currently disputing charges through Paypal.
