Found out the hard way. This company is a fraud. Made a order over a month ago and sent a email and received saying that was delayed by warehouse then tryed to send another email. No website not available now. companys like this should not be able to open sites.

I ordered12/11/22 never arrived so I emailed them . They replied saying hold has been held but I should around 27/12 well still not arrived . I have emailed again asking for a refund but I know I am wasting my time . Looks I will have to get on to my bank
I ordered from Bellytin.com (RH Lennooy) on 7/12/2022. When I questioned them on why my order had not arrived, they said it did not pass customs. They told me they would send me a refund and it
should have been in by 8/26/2022. Nothing received! Now Bellytin.com cannot be found. Comes up store does not exist. I guess they changed their name again and gone on to scam more people.
This is exactly what happened to me, they said the same, said a refund had been processed via my account and to just wait. I tried to contact again and the email failed to send as it now dosent exist. I didn't pay much but that's not the point
Scam ordered oodies beginning November, told, order not despatched after 15 days, asked for money back been 21 day now, my emails are now not been received. Do not order from these people.
I placed an order on November 4th and asked them for a refund due to the long shipping time. 8-15 business days to process then 10-18 days for shipping. They agreed to refund but could take 20 working days to hit my card. Today is day 20 and guess what, no refund. I have started a claim with my card company.

This company is associated with Lennooy .com and Peepingo .com both clothing websites, I cannot contact anyone about my order because the email address they provide does not exist. I tried to email them under "contact us" and it gets returned to me undeliverable. So they got my money and I have no way of knowing where and if I will even get my order, no customer service #, nothing, guess I've been dupped .Good thing it wasn't a large amount of money!!!!!!!!!!
I was able to contact them at service@lennooy.com. After they agreed to refund my money, they stopped answering my questions since Nov 16th.
It is definitely a scam as I've stupidly purchased and paid for an order in June and nothing was received. Do not buy anything from them.
