My package never arrived as the rest. Now the website is closed.
Same as the rest. Said it was delivered when it wasn't. Then said they shipped another which never arrived. Now no longer replying to emails. A scam sadly

Same as the above reviews . Stated delivered when it was not. Responsive to email I sent advising of this and they say they shipped another but that also didn’t materialize. Now they have ghosted me an are no longer responding to emails.
Never received my order. Was able to see tracking on the Shop app. It said it was delivered. Never received the order and am unable to see any tracking updates or carrier updates previously mentioned in the app. Sent multiple emails and still have received no response from SNRKL.
I ordered a kit from snrkl they sent me a tracking # then told me it was delivered to someplace in Hamilton Ontario...I live in Manitoba..I checked the original order and they have the correct address but they so far have not replied to my emails!
I also have had bad experience with snrkl.. I purchased way back in November... the website said 10 days delivery... til this day it has not arrived & when contacting info @snorkle about this issue I haven't even had the courtesy of a reply. This is totally a scam! Go to your banks and report immediately as I will be doing today
I have had same experience - ordered, paid and it says delivered but it hasn't been delivered and there are no details of who (what local courier/postal service) was supposed to. be delivering the item?
I bought from them and after reading all the alerts online I got worried and emailed to support@snrkl.ca and they replied fast and positively. They said they were not a scam and what surprised me the most is that they refunded my money immediately. I now feel almost sorry for canceling my order based on the comments from these sites.
Do not buy from this company both independent orders placed heading to same address showed delivered and we're not delivered. Same email for both when dispute claim. Tracking is rubbish with tracking.
