I ordered a foldable scooter on June 12.
After 3 weeks the tracking information says: it is delivered in your mailbox.
A foldable scooter with a weight of 20-25 kilo in my mailbox?? And I was at home that time.
At the post office they checked the tracking number and told me it was not my package, it was for someone who lives 800 kilometers from me.
Response of the seller; maybe because of the address was wrong?
Well I know where I live so the address is correct.
Then I received several (clearly) copy and paste answers/excuses and they resend my order.
Again a wrong tracking number. It was for someone else living in Paris, again 500 kilometers from me. The package that belongs to this tracking number has again a completely different weight and messurements
Again al those "copy and paste" answers
So, again, they resend it and at my very surprise they gave me a"new" tracking number but it was the same as last time
Again I complained and again alle those copy and paste answers/excuses
Now I am asking my money back so I am waiting for all of their excuses ?
Luckely I paid with PayPal so I don't worry ?
Buy I will never ever order again at depotfine
I never received my order of the ice machine
