I ordered a willow Tree girl holding a puppy in her arms to remind me of my precious dog which we put down January 1,2022 . The date that I ordered the statue was January 11,2022. I received notice when it left The UK, but nothing since then. I paid with my debit card. I was told 5-7 business days to arrive. It is April 3 and still nothing. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND OUT TO ROB PEOPLE!!!!
I too was taken in by this site.I have been waiting for over 2 months for my Willow Tree figurine of girl and puppy.Keep away from this site.
I bought one of their carvings of a girl cuddling a dog and wanted to give it to my niece as it is exactly the type of dog she purchased and exactly how she cuddles him. Money was deducted from my account on 4th January, I tracked it through to Canberra (why it would go there beats me as I live in a suburb of Sydney) and have not had any notification since. Very disappointing as I very rarely purchase anything online and I will not use this company again.
Absolute rubbish. Ordered 16 Jan and still not received product even though their tracking states it's been in Belfast since 14 Feb! DO NOT USE! DO NOT ORDER!
I ordered the Willow tree holding a dog on 12/31//2021. Never received or even tracking. They took the money out of my bank account that same day. I would appreciate some kind of update or just a refund at this time. Very disappointed!

I ordered a Willow Tree Embrace my Happiness of a woman holding a dog which I'd bought in memory of my beautiful staffy I lost last September. I bought and paid $43 AUD for it on 4.1.2022 and received tracking updates until it arrived in Australia on 31.1.2022 and have received nothing since. I contacted the tracking company with my tracking number and they never even got back to me. I went back to the website to try and contact someone about it only to fund the website has now disappeared. I'm devastated. I can't afford alot and I bought this specifically in memory of my beautiful girl.
DO NOT order through DELICATESKY , it is not a reputable site,I wish I had used PayPal because then I could have gotten my money back sooner than later, I ordered a figurine in 12/21 and contacted them several times via email and excuse after excuse and always the promise their working on it, it’s not a real company,I’ve learned my lesson,heed the warning friends……bogus,bogus site….
I bought and paid for a Willow tree with girl and puppy on 3.1.2022 . I got notifications until it came to Britain but after that no word on delivery .could you investigate this please x.
In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid using your PayPal account, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Explain to them everything. Show them this review.

Absolute scam. Order placed January 1, 2022. After watching it bounce around the US, the package settled in Toronto and never moved again. Many back and forth conversations with the company ‘rep’ were just ridiculous. No matter what I said they had the same type of response. Steer far clear and save your money because you’ll never see the product or a refund.
I ordered something just before Christmas, I paid over $60 for the item and am still yet to see what I bought. My husband also ordered something but he used pay pal so was able to get his money back. Most definitely scammed. It leaves me feeling really deflated as I bought the item days after loosing my beloved pet. I don't know how people can scam others.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS. took forever to receive product ordered and when it did arrive, it was a total knock-off. Too poorly painted to give as a gift. Have not received order and says DHL delivery on December 17th. Tried contacting shipping service and response was "contact the seller...no response there either. I think I was scammed.
Have to agree always a lame excuse why orders are not fulfiled and only available via online access. I will be seeking credit card reimbursement as this seems to be a fraudulent site,, !!
