I ordered 2 dresses from this store last month , they sent me a tracking numer and the tracking number was wrong i had to contact with the post office and check for the package they told me the package was delivered to another address wich is another city farther from were i live . so i contacted the store with emails they said they will send again the order i told them i wanted my money back because i dont need the dresses anymore my birthday was last week and was gonna need them for that so the order was not on time , to this moment i just have emails from the store saying i have to wait i told them i reported that transaction with my bank and they will contact them to see what they say to me. so i am gonna wait few more days to se what happens but now iam reading this comments and hoppefully i have an asnwer or my money back.

I ordered two dresses from this site with expedite shipment. After 20 days my order was delivered to the wrong city! I wished I have searched for reviews of this website first before buying, because their items are so cheap and it's to good to be true!

I have ordered a dress from this company since may, when i checked the tracking it shows as in Crawley when i do not even live there. i beleive they are scammers and we need to report them.

I ordered a dress and the tracking info says it was delivered to a postal code 35 miles from where I live. I asked missoou to refund money and they refused because it was DELIVERED, even though it was to the wrong address. Everytime I try to follow up I get a different customer service agent and I have to start all over again. Do NOT order from this company!
Omg I bought a dress and it got delivered in another city from where I lived. I followed up several time for a refund or my dress with no luck. No the customer service email is disconnected. Total fraud DONT BUY FROM this website.

I oder 2 dress from them one was sent to the wrong address the other one has been sitting in an holding area in DE from July 11th 22 i email them i was told they are waiting on the courier service to reply... haven't gotten my stuff so i cannot say what they look like if i do get them i hope they are what i order.. Not am trying to reach out to them via email message coming back saying not delivered i think they blocked me..

Hi. I ordered 4 beautiful outfits to wear at my daughter's wedding ... after 6 weeks and no tracking information, I received a package containing 4 articles of clothing that I wouldn't even wear around the house, never mind to a wedding. And they were completely different from what I ordered. Instead of 4 gowns I got an ugly fuzzy top, a sweat suit, a nightgown, and a flimsy floppy black dress. Mmmmmm definitely a scam site. Will not even respond to my text even with the pictures I sent. Bad company....LB
Missuoo and Krismlie are both fake sites. They pretend to carry the same clothes. The websites are the same with different names. The prices they post wouldn’t pay for thalf of the materials to make the clothes. Do not trust either of these sites.
I noticed that they have a lot of pictures of dresses for less than 50€ which are actually from grace loves lace. I don't think that grace loves lace gave their consent. Also found some other outfits, even exact pictures, that are from other brands, sold here for almost no money. Didn't order because it is obvious a fraudulent "shop".

I placed my order in September 2021 and paid via PayPal. The items arrived were not what I purchased from Missuoo.com, also the overall quality of each piece of clothing I received was poor.
I was only able to send emails to Missuoo.com, asking for a full return and refund but not successful. The only response I got from the reply emails was asking me to keep the order and offer me cash from $80 to $100. And I have no ways to know how can I get the cash offer.
The package of my shipment was sent from Hubei China. The money was paid to anonymous someone in Beijing. And the return address given was Guangdong China.
After one month I managed to get my money back from PayPal.
Missuoo.com has become Juliyee.com so be careful.
I ordered a evening dress and have been sent a tshirt material maxi dress that is just square. They say it’s a mistake and keep the order and get a $6 refund. The dress sent is so awful the best place for it is the bin. Do not order from this site it is a scam

Do not buy from this company. They said that they sent items. That they did not send. I gave them a few months before I I sent them a message over and over again that they did not respond to it. Only after I sent a complaint to PayPal did they send me my items. But it was nothing that I ordered. They gave me three dresses only one kind of resemble the one that I ordered. None of them look like the pictures/were the colors of the dresses that I wanted, and or wearable.
I was looking for a place on their website where I can send a complaint and send pictures of what the dresses actually look like. This business looks like it has a whole bunch of addresses overseas. Do not buy from this company!!! It is a scam!!! The dresses look like somebody was learning how to sew, and they decided to copy her address dress with no pattern and no talent.
