I ordered a lawnmower shute in 8/21 still waiting of it. Also received a small childes shirt. Then when I complained they supposedly resent. Now it has been lost in the mail also and will be resent.
We ordered a Lego for $52 in September. A few weeks later a small child's Tshirt arrived. We complained and they said it was a mistake and they would send the Lego. They sent us a tracking number, but the website, emsname.top, seems to be a scam version of ems.post. After two months, they said the package was lost when it got to our town. I think it is pretty clearly a scam.
The exact same thing happened to me. I also ordered a StarWars Lego set for $58.00USD. in early September .
I was sent a set of sleeves. Which the apologies came flying my way. They reshipped my item with a tracking number that can only be tracked with the link in a email. Tracked leaving several different locations in China , then it can’t be tracked for several days.
Then it shows up in state, then my city, then out for delivery for few days, then it becomes lost, and I’m told to contact the shipper.
However any information you get is strictly by E-mail. Phone number is fake, emsname .top Is also fake. The business address is a house from reports.
It all the same scam.
We have had a similar experience, except that we never received anything, not even the wrong item. They respond to emails and say that it is express peak season and to keep waiting for a few more days. It has now been 3 months, and we have not received anything except empty promises. They said that, since the item was already shipped, they could not issue a refund.
I bought a $60.oo advertising sign from them and after 2months of contact from them I got a
pkg of 3 pr of socks from China. Don't waste your time or money. It is a scam!
