It is an online shopping store that is selling different types of stamps, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Cuteupmalls complaints Cuteupmalls fake or real Cuteupmalls legit or fraud | De Reviews

CuteUpMalls is classified under the problematic category due to the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address of this online store is provided at the bottom of its website as 48 2nd St, Balmertown, ON P0V, 2nd St, Sioux Lookout, ON, CANADA. There is no business with the name CuteUpMalls that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps. Instead, other businesses are mentioned over there. Moreover, this address is also found to be provided by multiple problematic sites like StampCenters, Nice-Jewels, Superfetchs, Enjoyve, Buyiable, Buydeupost, etc. Its contact phone number is also missing from the website. This makes very clear that it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its given address is from Canada but on its Terms of Service page, it has mentioned its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK. How can any company from Canada be governed by the laws of the U.K.?

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites. Its About Us page also similar with multiple other sites like StampCenters, Nice-Jewels, Enjoyve, Buyiable, Superfetchs, Cdarnhooldaxa, Itsyschooner, Coralally, Kudovibe, Briskfinity, GrillShopShop, Promoineer, Uwovgcy, Clearfu, OutdoorSportsVip, DjiDroneTop, Tophotred, Daccis, Youeri, SupernLight, CcThank, Ctmyse, Coamos, ShelleyBeauty, Klsetd, JumpVilla, MainCharm, etc.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It has mentioned that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

As per the above stated reasons, we can draw the conclusion that CuteUpMalls is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. Yes, absolute scammers! I’ve been duped for a purchase i made of postage stamps back in December 2021. Once i reported them , that’s when they finally decided to send me something, but it wasn’t what i ordered. And now i have to prove what i have is real (i believe they are fake). The items did not arrive on time, was untrackable, website & email contacts were shut down (no history, as if they never existed), the company’s website stated they were in Ontario Canada, but the purchase amount was taken from a trading company in Hong Kong. They operate under a slew of other company names. Originally found them from an ad on Facebook. Do not interact with them!
