Ordered 2 “cotton” tshirts from theses guys. They turned out to be heavy polyester....very thick and absolutely gaudy. Colours are nothing like in the pics and the returns procedure is abismal! I wish I had consulted your webside before ordering from CozyToo! The dress I ordered and finally received is made of inferior fabric, poorly constructed and did in no way resemble what was advertised on FB! They offered me a 15% cash refund for not returning the item, warning me that mailing the dress back to them would result in a long wait for a refund plus it would probably cost me a lot of money for postage to return it to China and likely customs fees (???). I offered them a compromise: give me a 50% cash refund within 7 days for NOT sharing my experience on social media, along with copies of side by side photos of the dress in their ad and the one I received, and copies of their emails that showed all their ridiculous rules and regulations and their offer. I sent the e-mail this morning and wonder if I will get a response! Even so, I have already decided to consider this buy a stupid mistake on my part and a lesson learned! If not for the Covid-19 situation and "shelter at home", I would provably never even have ordered on line from a company I knew nothing about!
