I ordered the same flashlight the most powerful and tactical flashlight on the market and I got sent some dollar store flashlight nothing like their add and no tracking number or return policy I got scammed for 67$ and I can't get any response from anyone yet I wish I could have known
These are all rip off They take the money for these flashlights that probably don’t even exist and send a light that is tiny and has no more power than a 3 dollar light from Home Depot. I want these cocksuckers to pay!!They are RIPPING OFF EVERYBODY
I ordered their 90000 lumens flashlight and got a small flashlight instead. I'll contact Paypal and see what they can do if anything.

I just had the same experience that Ben mentions in his comment. I ordered a powerful flashlight that the specifications say is over 9" long, and they sent a very tiny 6" flashlight. They offered that since the product was working, they would refund 20% for the item. That was not the item I ordered! I told them that was not acceptable. I wanted either an exchange for the product that I ordered at no additional cost to me, or a full refund. I have not heard back yet. Based upon other comments I've read on this site, I believe they are a scam. I will update my comments if I get a reply from them.

I purchased an item from them and they sent the wrong item which was much inferior to what I was supposed to be receiving and also not the right one. I spent about $39 on this product and it looked like it could have been sold in the dollar store. Customer service email bounced back. Lesson learned, stay away from this seller

They refuse to refund exchange or return. They told me the return fee is my responsibility and would cost as much or more than the purchase price In this case I am referring to their Ad the most powerful flashlight ever made. Total scam
