These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Definitely DO NOT order anything from Chic Satellite! They kept my money, claim they have refunded, but I have not received a refund or product.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered 5 shirts on April 12th, and it is now July 12, and I just received the 4th one Saturday. Only 1 out of the 4 I received looked ANYTHING like the picture. Wrong size, wrong color, completely different styles. They are out of China, but you can't tell that by their website.
I ordered 4 items at a little over $100. It took 2 months for 3 of them to arrive. I ordered up, knowing the sizing would probably be off. I ordered 3x (US 26/28) and can't get any of them over my head. These are supposed to be loose, flowy summer dresses made of "super soft material." This material is so cheap, it's shiny. Pure polyester, YUK.
The items I ordered in May are not what I received in July and the sizes must be for Barbie dolls!! Now I’m trying to return the items and get my money back and it’s almost impossible!!!! Stay away from these people! They are getting rich by scamming people saying it’s plus size clothes and it’s far from plus size trust me!!!!!

I can’t believe I fell for this! I feel so stupid and taken! Will there be any chance of a refund? How far will legal action likely go? Will I have a case?
I order on May 2nd and still haven't received an email on where my order is at. Sent an email I did get a response but once I ask for my money the web site is no longer available
I also have not received my order and I was charged an international fee that I was not told about when I made the order.
The website is now not available.
I should’ve read this info before now I’m out a few bucks and then some.
The item I ordered is taking forever. Ordered on April 12th this is May 18th. Still no sign of it.
