AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE This is obviously a scam company…and one that provides fake tracking information for ordered products. I ordered a product on October 15…immediately received a confirmation and tracking number, which indicated an October 3o delivery. The tracking system showed that it arrived in Japan (where I live) on October 29, but then no movement after that (the address they have for me is correct). I sent several emails asking about the status…then eventually asking for a refund or for a replacement to be sent. Did not receive any replies. SCAM!
