I ordered a holder 96my hand held shower head. Item & shipping was $24.96. I have 2 hand held shower heads, it won't work on either of them. Despite several e-mails and videos documenting the fact it doesn't fit a standard size hand held shower head, they refuse to let me return the item or give3 me a refund.
I ordered a $20.00 item from them plus shipping and handling on April 6, 2021. It is now April 25, 2021 and I have not received nor heard from them again. IT'S A SCAM. NOW THEY HAVE MY CREDIT CARD INFO AND I AM WORRIED.
If you are worried about your credit card, then it's better you contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to cancel your credit card and give you the new one.
