  1. I ordered a bissel rug shampooer in febuary and have not received it yet .I received headphones. They offered so many things . I even agreed to a 12.00 loss they want shipping charges for something I didn't receive.I am filing a small claims court charge . Because I have received nothing.

    1. You should also contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account.

  2. The website does not indicate they are from China!

I ordered a Bissel vacuum. Six weeks later I received the most cheap, hideous pair of counterfeit Rayban sunglasses. They offered to give me a 60% refund claiming they had fees. Then they tried to offer a 70% refund. I went straight to my credit card company and disputed the charge.
