The company’s address of BanketHub has been provided at the bottom of the website and on its Contact Us page as Room 104, East Building, Area C, Phase I, Haitang Linwang Resettlement Area, Haitang Bay District, Sanya City, Hainan Province. Google Maps can't find the exact match of provided company address as only the partial address appeared on the Maps. This address is also found to be used by other sites like BasicCarpot, SmartCatle, etc. So we cannot trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

It has provided address from China but on its Terms of Service page it has mentioned its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Hown can China's company's laws be governed by the laws of U.S.A.?

Security of the website:

BanketHub has provided the fake trust seal logos of McAfee, Norton, etc. on its Product details page. However, the real trust seal logos should be clickable so that we can click on them which should send us to the official verification webpage of respective trust seal providers to verify those trust seals. Mostly scam sites provide such fake trust seal logos which makes BanketHub a very suspicious and unprofessional website as well as an unsecured website. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Likewise it has mentioned the company name of another company rather than its own on its Terms of Service, Privacy Policy etc. pages i.e. Mondie Center but it has not provided any details about its link with that website whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if any.

BanketHub is providing unreasonable discount and sales offers on the price of lots of products it sells which seems unrealistically cheaper. Hence most of the scam sites do so to attract people in their website.

Returns and Exchange:

BanketHub has a Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and exchange of the products.
