scammers, scammers,scammer... We have all had basically the same experience. I ordered in Nov 2022 it is now almost April 2023. No product and their shipping details are bogus. How can these people even still be allowed in business. How do we fight them.? I get it now how some people want to throw explosives at Co's. like this. As they sell the world is going to HE__ in a hand basket. Honesty and integrity are quckly giving way to scammers. So basicallt my almost $40.00 is as others have stated a lesson learned. BUY USA all they way, pay more but get what you ordered.
Total scam company. I ordered a ring toss game and ball toss game. Took 2 months to arrive and when it did, the games were broken. When I complained to the company, they won't respond
I ordered 2 ring toss games in early October and have not received them yet. I have contacted both Bang Spring and the shipping provider but have had no success getting a n order status. I'm begging to think I was scammed, so mad at myself for falling for this product on a social media site, I should have known better!!
I bought a game from this company and they used a duplicate label, so I would have had to pay more to receive this package from the mail carrier. I did pay for both shipping and apparently shipping insurance when I purchased this item from the website, so there is no reason I should have to pay for delivery again. The mail carrier said this is a clear sign of a scam and we shouldn’t pay it. So now I’m trying to get my money back and they’re not wanting to refund.
This company is a total scam!!! What I ordered was completely Not as seen on site. Very upset that this company is taking advantage of so many people.
I ordered 2 games from this site.. they overcharged me ..In their defense I emailed and they refunded me with an Apology for the overpayment.. The games came finally..Not at all what they depicted and a part shown on the video not there.. Totally disappointed..Never will I order from a random site on line ..Lesson learned..
I ordered 3 of this product and the items were definitely NOT as depicted on their site. After a month + the came packaged in a tiny little box full of pieces. I am unable to find any contact info that they will actually response to. I want a FULL REFUND... I am so mad at myself for falling for a phony scam.
I be ordered 2 items from this site. They were NOT as described and one was missing parts! I wrote them including sending pictures to which they replied after reviewing my complaint, I got what I ordered. I didn’t realize I was ordering inferior products with missing parts! They are a total scam.
