Same thing happened to me. Bought a Cat Stand Play in June and never received it. I keep emailing them and they keep telling me the same story, they will check with the courier partner. Just a waist of money, time and it’s frustrating.
I too bought from this company in June 2021 and never received the product. The email address is no longer available.

I placed order in June and they used an address not provided by me. Of course i could not receive my goods. They did reply to my emails
but they took no action to fix the issue. This is really a scam
I to feel this is a scam. I’ve sent them 3 inquiries about my order placed on 6-16-21 and have had no response. I told them in the last message if I didn’t hear back from them then I would contact my bank and have a fraudulent charge put on them. Still no reply. Do not do business with this company!! You will not receive your items.
