What is Amydum.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling clothing and fashion products such as jackets and coats, plaid jackets, sweaters, polo shirts, cloak, t-shirts, hoodies, pants, suits, overcoats, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Amydum as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The parent company’s name and address is provided on its Contact Us and Terms and Conditions pages as Lettymar Limited: 1st Floor, 81-83 Grivas Digenis Avenue, Nicosia, 1090, Cyprus. This parent company name and address is provided in a image format rather than directly writing on its website which is mostly done by scam sites so that no one can find their site by searching this company name and address on Google. On top of that, as per Google Search, there is another business named “United Capital Property Investments (Cyprus) Limited” at this address. We also found that this address is rented as virtual address to companies for company registration purposes. (Source: Rovva.com) So, this makes very clear that it is not a physical location of its company or store. Moreover, this address is also found to be used by another site Rollguru. It has not given the contact phone number on its website. Hence, we don’t recommend this site for the online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products at unrealistic heavy discounted rates which is truly unbelievable to get from any legit site.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which says that the return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Considering the aforementioned reasons, it can be concluded that Amydum is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!
