They are a scam company. I have tried to reach them multiple times via email, as they do not have a phone number. The shoes that arrived were not what we ordered, the size is wrong and they have an ugly logo on the side of the shoe. I continue to be told on the web site to try my email later. It also states that you have to contact their customer service before you return an item. Do not trust this company. I just got scammed.
