What is Acsthper .com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling various products such as Magic Metal Kinetic Sculpture, Keeper of the Bees Metal Art, Expandable Faux Privacy Fence, Wrought Iron Animal Bicycle Windmill Courtyard Animal Wind Spinner, Metal Painted Peacocks Windmill Lights, Adorable Duck Garden Art, Duck Family Rusty Metal Garden Art Hand cut, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Acsthper is listed as one of the suspicious sites because of the following drawbacks on its website:

Company Address:

The parent company’s name and address is provided as Xinyi Daxin Network Technology Co., Ltd. company address:The second floor of No. 4 Zhongxing Road, Xinyi City (Unit 12, District 2, Xinli Development Zone, Dongzhen Town). Google Maps can't find the exact match of this address. Thus, we shall not trust such an unprofessional company for any kind of online shopping.

Its provided address is from China but on its Terms of Use page, it has mentioned its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Cyprus laws. This is completely a mismatch information. After all, why any company from China will be governed by the laws of Cyprus?

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple scam sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Considering the aforementioned facts, it can be concluded that Acsthper is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. I bought this piece of junk and paid about $60.00 for it. The ground stake was very flimsy and broke almost immediately. Now I have a windmill top but no way to stand it in the ground. This product is a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Beware and DO NOT invest your money in this crap.

  2. I bought this totally worthless piece of junk windmill for about $60.00. Very flimsy ground stake which broke almost immediately. Now I have a windmill top but no way to insert it into the ground. An absolute waste of money!

  3. I am completely embarrassed to say I purchased 2 of them and they are junk. I have emailed and emailed and emailed them for a return label and they refused to send me one only a discount like 15%. These items are junk and this is a total scam from China. Buyer beware

  4. Bad! Learned the hard way!!! Never received item will not order anything from Facebook. Why do they allow these sites. Not good for the people.

  5. I too bought this piece of crap. Should have read the reviews. It is cheaply made and does not spin like shown, maybe in a 40 mph wind. Emailing back and forth for a refund as we are not at all satisfied with the quality or advertised function of this thing. Now they want me to send pictures of it to them. WHY?? I am asking for a full refund as it is basically unused. Most companies would just accept that a person is dissatisfied. Do not buy from this company as I have a feeling I am out this money.

  6. Ordered a wind spinner. What I received was absolute junk. A weld broke as I was trying to assemble because of poor threading for a nut. Contacted the company and they told me to use a glue gun. What a joke. Seems to be typical Chinese junk.

  7. Do not order from this scam website selling crappy products made in China. They lie on there website and claim to be a family in the USA making the products in their garage. When my product finally arrived it was very small and did not look like the photo on their website. Stay away from these scammers in China lying to you. The same products can be found for less money on dozens of websites, some are American companies.

  8. OMG. I am caught up in this scam company too.. I paid 107.91 for 2 ""100% USA made Magic Sculpture Fans" and I got 1 shipped from China and they even admitted in the email that they made it in China . The are refusing to ackknowledge that I want a full refund and get this, they have the balls to say they will refund me 10% so they can "save me money" from having to pay to return it. Ummm.. NOT.. I am going through PayPal to fight it... thank God i took pictures of the website when they were advertizing it as 100% USA made, packeged, and shipped because they just took reference of the USA verbiage off the website. They are such a scam.. I could have bought 40 of them for $20 made in china but i thought i was supporting my local USA artists... ACSTHPER is a complete SCAM.

  9. scammers are so smart... even did research on the company before buying... i ordered a month ago, been using their tracking but it always showed a person's home... should have known then it was a scam... i did send an email but they just said be patient... guess i'm out $70 and no mother's day gift!!!

  10. The company is a complete CHINESE SCAM and FRAUD.
The website and displayed products look very good. However, the delivered product - magic windmill - is small, flimsy and most of all: it doesn't spin, not even in strong wind.
The website states that the product is manufactured in the US, which is a complete lie. It's cheaply produced in China and shipped from China.
    DO NOT BUY!

  11. I purchased the metal Magic Windmill because it looked beautiful, was made in USA and was on sale for $60. What arrived is a piece of junk--not what was shown on the website. And, it was shipped from ShaTian CHINA!!! DO NOT PURCHASE this item or any item from the site! In the future, I will be more careful by first checking out the company information, like phone number, email, address....and reviews.

  12. I too ordered the Magic Windmill because it looked beautiful, was made in USA and was on sale for $60. What arrived was a piece of junk MADE IN CHINA. I got scammed. DO NOT PURCHASE!!

  13. I bought what they called a Traditional Birdhouse and what I received vs. what was shown online was a total fraud. I would have shared a picture here but don't see the option to add a photo. This company is not legit. I disputed the purchase with PayPal and they are handling from here and refunded my money. Buyer beware.

  14. The site is the typical Chinese scam site. Expect to either lose your money or get a product that is worth a tenth of its sale price. The site boasts of MADE IN USA, with US offices, when on truth they are 100% Chinese, and even that address is fake. A site started in January 2022 is having a Closeout Sale? This is also a boilerplate website, meant to go up quickly and disappear just as quickly...if you see a site that looks like this for ANY "big discount" product (Usually advertised with computer/human voice and some story of a "rogue employee") RUN! I hate to have to say this, BUT IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS! Sadly, YouTube and Facebook could easily design algorithms to prevent these scam sites from going up, but the ad dollars, or just filling ad space to give the impression of success for its stock value, is more important than stopping organized crime groups from draining our economy of billions of dollars every year. You are just as guilty if you buy from them thinking PayPal will pick up the bill. Greed is ugly, and is destroying all that is good with people and life on this planet.

  15. I did not see this review before purchasing from Acsthper. Had I had seen it I would not have purchased their metal kinetic sculptures. I did not know before purchasing that this is a chineese company that sells junk. The sculpture does not twirl like it shows on their website, and the one I put outside developed rust within ONE WEEK!!! I went back and forth with their customer service and did get $4o refunded but I do feel like I was cheated. This is a SCAM and you will not get your money back once you receive their cheap chineese junk!!!

  16. I was enticed by the beautiful fairies with gossamer wings and flowing hair interacting with a big dandelion. What a rip-off! The fairies aren't anything like they are in the photos. And to add insult to the situation, I saw the actual product I received at Walmart for $7 less. This company, ACSTHPER, misrepresents the product, lies about the product being "USA" and then you get charged an international transaction fee from your credit card. Too many hoops to jump through to do the return since it's from China. Big Fat Dishonorable Liars!!

  17. BAD COMPANY! DO NOY BUY FROM THEM.

  18. I bought the metal windmill yard sculpture. Not only was a piece of junk, the pieces were bent, skewed to one side or another, totally not as described on the site, and it doesn’t spin at all. Further, the sides of the pieces are so sharp I cut myself just trying to see if it worked. When I tried to contact the company for the refund they said was guaranteed, it was a fake address and fake phone number. Then the company name changed from ACSTHperto sionpong. Ive appealed to paypal, but this should be a no brainer. Both sites are identified as scam online

  19. Oh ya, they suggested if I am not happy with it to give it to a neighbor. Why would I embarrass myself giving my neighbor a piece of junk.

  20. This company is a rip off. I purchased "Magic Metal Kinetic Sculpture" and it does not spin. Yes, the video makes it look great but it does not work. I asked for a refund, which their website guarantees 100% refund, but they only offered me a 10% discount.

  21. Yes it came from China even so it says it is made in the usa and shops from USA. It is only sbout 28 inches high. Looks really cheap. Not worth korenthann10 dollars. The picture is misleading.do not order from this company it is a scam.

  22. Biggest scam company around. I have numerous e-mails from them concening my defective order & all I get is the run around. Have now turned this over to Paypal to see if they can help. DO NOT order from this company. Thought I was getting product from USA as advertised so this is false advertising since no mention of product coming from China. BE AWARE of this company.

  23. I wish I've read these reviews before I had purchased this item. It hasn't come yet,and have been waiting a long time.
Went to the tracking site this am and couldn't get through

  24. It's a SCAM! don't buy from them. Advertise products made in USA are NOT...they will take your money and you won't receive a valid tracking number. I've been waiting months now and the tracking number is a fake.

  25. I bought this piece of junk and ended up throwing it away. Everything in their ad is lies except the actual measurements and it IS made of metal, something cheap that rusts. Not made in the U.S., it comes from China. The discount prices are all bogus. They shouldn't be allowed on the internet. I am getting ads from them again on my Smart News app on my phone. Smart News should vet their advertisers.

  26. Don't buy anything from this company. False advertising. The advertisement says the item is made in the USA by a small family owned company but the item came from China. Although I cancelled the order, they sent it anyway and have offered me a 10% refund (instead of the 100% money back guarantee on the website) and told me to give it away as a gift or sell it to someone who would like it. The emails were written in very poor English which was my first indication that it wasn't coming from USA. The reviews for the product are really bad as well. It cost $80 AUS but I wouldn't pay $10 for it.

  27. Same experience as the above reviews. Poor quality, rusted in less than a week and did not spin. Very cheap thin “metal”

  28. i normally do not buy off the internet, i loved the action and look of this "kinetic sculpture". what a shame this so called co. took an idea and created a art of trash. do not even think about buying this. as for the "100%" guarantee, read the tiny small print.

  29. I bought two of the windmills at almost $60 each. They had claimed the prices were originally over $200 but were 70% off. When the products arrived, I only opened one. It is worth about $5.00 or less! I put it out in my yard, but it would need a daily adjustment of the cheap metal to keep it spinning. It is rusting after only 10 days. I contacted the company, to ask for an address to return the unopened product. They refused to give me a return address, but offered me a 15% refund. I traded over 8 emails with them, each time demanding a full refund and requesting the address to mail it back. On the 8th email they gave me an address to return the product to China, even though it was had been mailed to me from the U.S.. THIS COMPANY IS OFFERING A SCAM PRODUCT. BEWARE! Unfortunately I threw away the outer packaging I initially received.

  30. I bought the Windmill that is valued at $239.99 on sale for $59.99. What a piece of crap!!!!! It is not even worth $5.00. I had to wait 15 days to receive it. What a waste. I am requesting to return it & get a refund.

  31. I think I may have bought the same junk. Its not as pictured & hasn't spun once. The stem is wobbly & its not worth $60 for sure....maybe $20 if it worked. I thought I was buying from a USA Company but packaging suggested it came from China.

I used a small credit card and Im wondering if I need to file a complaint with card & maybe BBB?

  32. For starters a piece of metal art I bought came from China, not USA!
So small and fragile, doesn’t look anything like they have posted. It is
Definitely a huge scam, the company should be taken off the internet.
The displayed items look beautiful, wait til u get it, something you could
Get for a dollar at the Dollar Tree. I spent 60.00 plus dollars , was so excited
To get it. Then had to go thru China etc. then customs so it took almost 2 months
To get something that looks like a metal toy!
Do not give them any more money, need to turn them into BBB!
It’s horrible that this company is allowed to advertise any of their items
And scam so many people in to believing they are ordering what they are
    Seeing on their site!

    1. Marvia, I also bought the windmill and once I got it and a piece of metal not worth $20.arrive to my door. To my surprise the piece after I placed it outside didn't work, I think that definitely they should ban their page, so nobody else should fall for the scrap metal.

  33. Ordered from acsthper Charged by different company called sionpong after order that says American made????. Have a feeling this was a scam after finding this site, Will update if item shows or no shows…..

  34. Product arrived and it was not the product pictured, it was a cheap copy of the product in the photos. It was tiny and just plain junk. Product shipped from China after saying it was made in the USA. Trying to return now, but the terms to return are so exacting. They insist you must give them your order number to return, but they never provided an order number. Tricky. May just do a charge back.

    1. I really appreciate you posting this. I was considering in purchasing but found this same windmill on several questionable websites and not sure if I was going to get scammed like many times before. It looks amazing but the reality is too many small parts to all work together in harmony as shown.

    2. Thank you so much for posting about your negative experience with the magic windmill. I will not be wasting my money. It does look awesome on the website, though.
