been waiting for Christmas Gift to have sent to my sisters P O. Box in Oregon. Ordered on the 10th of December 2022 still waiting and have recivied nohting. When looking at your site it seemed like a good company, but now nothing from you about why nothing has come. THESE WERE CHRISTMAS GIFTS....WERE ARE THEY!!!!!!! Where is my MONEY and the product!!!!!! Hope we dont have to make a complaint as well claim. Stand up to what you are trying to represent,most of us can't affford to be ripped off like this. Same on you.!!!!!
This product is junk. After multiple attempts to make the spinner spin with videos and detailed instructions they sent me, nothing worked. When I insisted on a refund, they offered me 30%.
These folks are behind the Great Wall of China.
I ordered from this site and had absolutely Zero issues. The item was received in good condition and in a timely fashion.
The issue I hear from this site is really confusing, considering that it is a foreign company (China); and a small business -not everyone can afford to have Super Websites built.
But there are infinite businesses here on American soil -that are American based companies, that advertise off of their site, at a majorly discounted price; but they actually get it from another company, and then ship it to you. So I really don't know what all the 'fear' is about.
Maybe I just got 'Lucky,' IDK; but Google and PayPal have safeguards in place to protect the consumer. So...

I ordered the windmill. I did receive it, however it does not spin. I cannot get hold of anyone to let them know. Do not order from ACQUTER .COM
I received the Magic And Unique Metal Kinetic Windmill as a gift. What a piece of junk. It was made so cheaply that you could not even stick it in the soft ground without bending the parts. It would not spin even with high winds. We finally tried using some grease to loosen the spinners and it did work slightly. Threw it away the next day. Don't waste your time or money on their cheap products!

Crap crap CRAP!! Wind spinner doesn't spin - horrid cheap construction.
Yard rooser is 2 inches tall! Picture makes it look to be over a foot.
Fountain came with no knstrucyions and impossible to figure it out.
Card for contact for support is bogus - no such address or site.
I can only hope pay pal will refund. I should have researched.
Do not buy ANYTHING from.tgesr scam artists. Clearly from China though they lie about being from Maine or somewhere in tge woods contemplating their belly button while creating masterpieces. Do not buy@@@
I ordered the set of 4 chickens advertised through hearofu.com.
I received 1 chicken and inquired when I would get the rest. I got a response that I had only ordered 1. The ad clearly states that the quoted price if for a set of 4. Many of my message to them have been blocked and returned.
I would like a response from Acquter as to how to resolve this. It certainly seems like a scam
I made the mistake of ordering the wind spinner- DON'T! I wanted to return it, I did not open it because their return policy says you cant open or try it or they wont accept the return. But USPS says you have to open it to return it. They offered me 40% off to keep it, but it does not 'feel' like there is a 'metal's product in the box, it's very lightweight. The cost to return it is half the purchase price due to international shipping charges. I won't make this mistake again!
I've been seeing Acquter's advertisement for a long time via PCH. Since I always saw their website, I ordered an item, I thought I was ordering directly through ACQUTER, but instead it got riffled through a website called Qcctoy. Just after the order Wells Fargo fraud division called with automated message telling me that there may have been a fraudulent charge on my card. All of the current charges were repeated to me which did NOT include Qcctoy charge. After this call, I got very suspicious and wrote Acquter wanting to know if they partner with Qcctoy? The reply I got was from a website called “hopeitwell .com”. They needed information from me. I checked through search engines and there is NO website listing for "hopeitwell". Today, I emailed Acquter and inquired if hopeitwell is an associate of theirs. I am waiting for a reply from Acquter; something is not right here.
