I ordered an item on Dec 10, 2022 and it was to be delivered in 7-10 business days. Wrong. It was coming from China - didn't specify that. It took that long to clear customs. Then, when tracking shipping, it sat for another week on the docks - then, second week of January 2023 all of a sudden tracking update claims it was delivered on 1/2/2023. Ummm, no. It wasn't. And emails to zwcugs@ldosl.com have gone unanswered. SCAM that cost me not only what they charge, but international banking charges because it was CHINA and didn't specify that. GRRRRR
I had ordered some sweaters for my nieces like at the end of November beginning of December and when tracking my items it showed that it was delivered on the 10th of this month and well in reality I didn't receive anything... So I sent an email and told them I wanted a refund all they told me is that it will take ten days so we'll see... So who ever wants to order from the website don't because this is definitely a scam
I have read the comments and can relate to each of them. I am in the purchasing field and know all to well how long a package can take to travel from another country. I followed the tracking up to the day and received a package that day. The package was not what I ordered, it was a ring which was worthless and came from China. Pretty sure this ring is my order yet not what I ordered at all.
They are definitely fake ordered few things over a month ago tracking number says it was delivered and I messaged them many times there is no response this is sad
ANGRY ordered on black Friday still nothing but says was delivered on Dec 19th...LIES ... I messaged them the 20th saying package was not yet here I got directed to email So i waited package not here Ive emailed and messaged numerous times and one keeps directing me to the other. SCAM STAY AWAY !!
I placed a order with on December 9,2022 and it said it would arrive in 7-15 business days. I have not received ny order and when i do tracking it says in transit. When i emailed them they said the same thing ????. That was a Christmas present
This site is a scam. I made an order on November 24th with shipping promised to be 4-7 days. I even paid for shipping insurance. It is now December 20thand still no order. I emailed them several times. They did give me a tracking number and the site 17 Track to track my order, but after investigating online I found out that 17 Track is also a scam site. So, the current progress for my order says it arrived in LA California, arrived at destination. I live in Arizona so, no, it hasnt arrived at destination! I disputed the purchase through my bank as well as requested a full refund from the company. If you order anything online BE CATEFUL AND KEEP RECORDS OF ALL CORRESPONDENCE. Your bank may need that proof to get your money back if you get scammed. DO NOT TRUST ZWCUGS!
I made an order probably a month ago and it forced me to pay through PayPal and I haven’t heard anything at all about my order and the order was presents for my daughters for Xmas.
Made an order said the shipment would be 3 to 5 business days. Haven't gotten it when I go in to check it says there is no order. They took my money but I have no order. Scam
